We had an excellent time at Villa Belvedere the property is spotless, well appointed and the garden and outdoor area is beautiful manicured. All the staff from Security to Gardeners and especially Mrs Nyoman and Ms. Kadek have produced delicious meals and looked after us like family. Highly recommended for a family Villa vacation. There was one incident I had with the property management of the Villa regarding the full use of the 5 bedrooms. I clearly held a reservation and paid Expedia for the entire villa with 5 bedrooms. The management asked me via text msg to make additional payment for using more than 3 bedrooms. That was very confusing and unprofessional. I called Expedia and the issue was eventually solved.
