Like they say, "you get what you pay for". Again, ignore the other negative reviews. It is a no frills, sleep and go kind of place. They do provide all the expected amenities and upkeeps despite the deteriorating condition of the building. Great to just come in, get some sleep. A two star facility. No frills. Basic.

The booking was not been confirmed properly.

The hotel couldn’t find your booking. I received an email confirming the booking but the booking was not on their system. I was forced to paid cash again I order to check in. It was really a bad experience especially when it was near 2 am. Please check your system so that I can make a refund.

Good hotel but there is other better hotel nearby.

From lobby to hotel room strong cigarette smell. Receptionist process the booking very slow. Basic room size is about 2x queen bed size only. Hot shower work great. Tv channel very limited and not clear. Free mineral water and coffee. Bed is comfortable but not so clean, can see stain and hair everywhere. Near to shopping mall and bank.
