Staff service was very bad. We came really late at night already so tired, and the receptionist did not make us feel welcome at all. There was no proper communication from him, made us wait for a good amount of time despite we were so tired. Overall, we were not satisfied from that.

terrible experience

hotel receptionist could not find out booking despite the fact that I booked and paid months in advance. Was needing a room for our long layover and required a taxi in the morning. the receptionist tried to rip us off by charging 80ringgit for a fifteen minute ride to the airport, claiming that that was our only option as there are no taxis in the area. we managed to find a taxi that would take us for 33ringgit by calling an official company. blatantly was trying to rip us off.

WORST!!

저녁9시경 체크인 (패밀리스윗트)하려고 도착했더니 오버북킹되서 타호텔로 예약넘겼다는 황당한얘기!! OYO고객센타 통화해서 어떻게 본인에게 양해나 연락 한번없이 임의대로 바꿀수 있는건지 납득안된다고 항의했더니 기다려달래서 1시간동안 로비에서 애들이랑 기다렸는데 돌아온 대답은 이호텔에는 방이 없으니 근처(택시로10분거리)호텔에 북킹한곳으로 옮겨달라는 말만 되풀이!! 화가 머리끝까지 났지만 애들을 1시간 넘게 로비에 세워둘수도 없고 뒷날오전5시에는 호텔을 나서서 공항가야될거라 택시 잡고 타호텔로 이동할수밖에...ㅠㅠ 도착한호텔은 ....에휴ㅠㅠ 다시는 OYO 호텔,호텔스닷컴 이용 절대 안할거임!!! 최악!!!

Did not check in at all as we were trying to sort out the check in time (only being notified that there will not be any late check in and have to wait till the next morning after the booking confirmation). Tried to call the hotel but nobody picked up the phone calls despite us trying for more than ten times. Ended up staying overnight in airport in case we went to the hotel and had to return as they closed at midnight.
