Originally a 3-bedroom apartment, we’ve opened up one of the rooms to create an extra-spacious living area. This layout offers a breezy, open feel and provides a perfect environment for remote work.



The house is about 2.5km from the "Hyundai Department Store Pangyo" and the "Pangyo Station (Subway station)"



Via the bus stop near our house its 15 mins direct.

If you use electric shared bike its about 10 mins.

It is about 5 mins by taxi as well.

Booking this place for my work-and-relaxation trip was an absolute jackpot. Upon check-in, I realized this is originally a massive, premium 3-bedroom apartment. One of the rooms has been beautifully renovated to open up into the living area, creating an incredibly spacious, airy, and wide-open layout. Within this newly integrated space, there is a dedicated private office setup with a desk and a TV, making it the ultimate environment for remote work. The Wi-Fi was also blazing fast and rock-solid. After work, the sheer scale of this large apartment truly shines. I loved unwinding in the expansive living room. You honestly cannot find another apartment near Pangyo that offers this much space, pristine cleanliness, and beautiful natural surroundings all at once. Inside, every single amenity—including the washer, kitchen appliances, and AC—feels brand new and meticulously maintained. The bathroom was spotless, complete with an excellent shower and great amenities like shampoo and a hairdryer. Cleanliness, location, and amenities are all 10/10. I am without a doubt staying here again!
