I’ve been fortunate to travel to around 50 countries and stay at about 20 different resorts, but this one truly stole my heart. It is by far the most beautiful place I have ever experienced, both inside and out. From the moment you step into the reception area—absolutely mind-blowing—you can feel the magic of this resort. Everything is spotless; it’s so clean you could eat off the floors. The staff are exceptionally polite, friendly, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. This resort isn’t just a stay—it’s an unforgettable experience that sets a whole new standard for hospitality. 5 stars not enough for this place!!!

My kid loves it!

It is definitely one of the great resorts in Jeju, especially if you are traveling with kids. They have 6 themed kids' rooms: pirate, hot air balloon, and spaceship. Luckily, we were able to get the pirate room, as my kid wished, with their help. The room condition is nearly brand new, with separate areas for parents and kids, and a spacious patio with waterfalls that made our vacation relaxing. The room service food was great too, though I wish there were more selections and extended availability (it’s only available after 7 pm). The pool is great for kids, with two slides and heated water. During our stay, I was very impressed with a person who worked at the pool desk on 9/9 around 8:30 pm. My daughter fell during the laser show, and she was willing to help, treating my daughter with kindness. She was also very thoughtful, providing a waterproof bandage. The only downsides of this hotel are that the pool opens at 11:00 am, making it hard to enjoy before checkout, and the limited hours for room service. Overall, it’s a great hotel for fun with kids and family.

숙소도착해서 룸에서 불쾌한 냄새가 심해서 방교환요청을 했는데 만실이어서 교환은 불가했구요. 공청기 작은거 한개, 가습기 한개, 페브리즈, 디퓨저용액 주시더라구요. 리조트 가격대비 서비스가 별로였습니다. ㅠ아쉬웠어요. 조식은 괜찮았습니다

정말 좋았습니다. 7성급이라고 광고를 하길래 과장이라고 생각했는데 직접 가보니 정말 7성급이라 할만합니다. 5월연휴기간이라 풀부킹이었는데도 번잡하지 않고 사람들이 바글바글하지 않아서 너무 여유롭고 좋았어요. 친절하고 세련된 매너를 가지신 직원분들의 응대도 좋았고 숙박객들도 조용조용 매너가 좋았어요. 심지어 어린아이들도 울지 않고 조용히 잘 있어서 신기했어요. 가정교육 잘 받은 어린아이들만 오는 건지.. 조용히 여유있는 호캉스 원하시면 강추합니다. 뜨끈한 온수풀 대박입니다. 근데 풀에 사람이 없어서 온전히 이용할 수 있어요.

공사소음!!!!

객실 맞은편 토스카나호텔 공사로 아침 7시부터 공사소음으로 인해 쉬고자한 휴가는 대실망!! 시에나측은 투숙객에게 공사를 공지하고 양해를 구해야되는거 아닌가요? 시에나호텔이 비싼객실요금을 지불하는 호텔인데 비싼돈주고 투숙해야되는지 의문이 들 정도였답니다.. 앞으로도 시에나는 토스카나공사 끝날때까지 소음의문제는 계속될듯합니다

소음으로 조용한 휴식을 보내지 못했어요

맞은편 토스카나호텔의 공사로 인해서 아침 7시부터 소음으로 조용한 휴가를 원했던 저로서는 대실망!! 호텔측에 얘기를했으나 만실이라며 어쩔수없다는 말만 되풀이했고 최소한 공사로인한 소음은 투숙객에게 공지를 하고 양해를 구했어야 하지않았나 싶네요 객실요금이 타 호텔에 비싸도 감수하는건 그만한 이유가 있는건데 말입니다

시설이 좋은 hotel 입니다만 약간의 아쉬움이 있었습니다.

새로 오프한 hotel이라 시설들은 깨끗하고 모든 것이 만족스러웠습니다. 편안하게 잘 쉴수 있었습니다. 그런데 check in시에 방에 여유가 있었음에도 1층을 배정하여 주셔서 저희가 다른 층을 요구하여 변경을 하였습니다. 방의 여유가 있는 상황에서 고객을 생각한다면 좋은 층으로 먼저 배정을 하여 주셔야 하는 것 아닌지 많이 아쉬웠습니다.
