Great hotel in a beautiful environment, great restaurant. Nice swimming pools and library. Only downside is that there was no laundry room/service, and I had to walk a few blocks away with clothes to wash them in a laundry shop.

나만 알고 싶은 최고의 힐링 호텔

여긴 나만 알고 싶은 뷰 맛집입니다. 매년 2차례 이상 방문하는 호텔입니다. 매년 신관을 이용하다가 이번 방문은 본관을 이용했는데, 또 다른 뷰 포인트가 있어서 좋았습니다. 지리적으로 조용하고, 차량이 있다면 접근성도 좋고, 어디든 갈수 있다는 장점이 있습니다. 본관, 신관 가릴것 없이 어디든 다 좋다는 것이 최고의 장점입니다. 가족 여행이든, 커플 여행이든, 좋은 곳입니다. 이번엔 조식을 이용하지는 않았지만, 조식 맛집이라는 것!! 그리고 석식도 레스토랑 이용 하고자 한다면 강추 입니다. 제주 물가가 엄청 비싼데, 차라리 일정이 빨리 마무리 됐다면 바솔트 레스토랑에서 먹는 석식도 강추 입니다. 그리고 프론트 데스크에서 고생하는 호텔리어분들도 친전한 설명 두말 할 것 없습니다. 돈이 아깝지 않은 호텔입니다. 단, 단점을 꼽자면 리뷰하라고 오는 연락은 항상 체크아웃 하고 메일이 오는데... 체크아웃 전에 리뷰를 할 수 있는 방법 좀 알려주세요~ㅎ 와인 한병 꼭 받고 싶습니다~ㅋㅋ

So disappears this place. The staff were very unprofessional and borderline lazy… they ignored us if they couldn’t speak English. I had to go to the kitchen to ask the chef to take our order. One chap was speaking on his phone and even was playing video games whilst taking our payment. He didn’t let us know the kitchen was closing so we missed dessert. The beds were painfully hard… I ended up sleeping on my pillows.

- Appreciated the expedia VIP benefit of 1 daily welcome drink (choice of citrus juice, hot/iced americano) - The room (superior twin in annex) itself was okay, fairly modern. Excellent toiletries from Malin Goetz. - A short walk from the hotel will bring you to a stretch of restaurants/ cafes etc. We got a happy surprise :) when we spotted a sign on a haenyeo cultural center right next to the hotel. Followed the sign and caught some haenyeos returning from their dive - Housekeeping was attentive. We opted out from the daily cleaning and got a bag of fresh towels and water everyday - Soundproofing can be better. We were woken up every morning by housekeeping knocking our neighbour’s door and neighbours walking past our door - Fantastic gym with sea views. There is a water dispenser in the gym

그동안 제주도 여행 다녔던 중 최고였습니다. 아름다운 올레길 7코스의 중간지점에 위치해 있어서 이틀에 걸쳐 7코스 정복하게 해 준 고마운 호텔이에요!! 조식도 가격대비 좋고, 단품 메뉴도 다양해서 좋습니다. 실내-외 수영장 있고 자쿠지까지… 자쿠지에서 석양 바라보면 외국에 온 것처럼 느껴집니다! 반드시 또 갑니다!

제주를 자주 여행하는 1인인데 주로 중문쪽 5성급 호텔을 이용했는데 지인 추천으로 더 그랜드 섬오름에 스테이했어요~ 위치적으로 올레 7코스 바로 앞 법환포구를 끼고 있어 바다 앞 도로로 산책하거나 식사하기도 편하고 직원들의 친절도 최상이고 범섬을 제대로 만끽할수 있는 room view도 최상! 수영장 (온수풀)과 자쿠지도 크고 사우나 청결 상태도 굿!! 레스토랑도 각종 한식과 이태리식 메뉴의 알찬 구성과 맛으로 만족의 정점을 찍게 해 준 호텔이네요. 와인 좀류도 가성비가 좋아요. 앞으로도 쭉~~방문하고 싶고 강력 추천합니다.
