체크인 체크아웃 시스템이 편한 것과 섭지코지 가까운것을 제외하고는 잘 모르겠어요 머리카락과 털이 거실 화장실에 치워지지 않고 타일과 실리콘은 오래되어서 전부 곰팡이에 변기도 때가 있어요 야외 수영장도 물이 깨끗하지도 않고 방이 환기도 잘 안되어서 더운데 보일러 안틀면 찬물만 나왔어요 주차 차단기도 잘 안열릴때가 있었어요 그냥 단체 이용으로 오는 곳 같아요

Facilities were dated, staff was scarce. The one person who was very helpful was in the check in office, he was very accommodating. I had to engage him multiple times for things that I expected in any hotel. If not for the location of the hotel, I would have left that same night. Also, please provide bi-lingual assistance. I could not use facilities without translator or help.

가족여행으로 다녀왔습니다. 섭지코지하고도 가깝고 산책로도 있어서 좋았습니다. 다만.. 마지막날에 짐정리후에 아주 큰 바퀴벌레를 보는 순간... 호텔 청결면에서 신뢰도가 급하락 해버렸네요..ㅡㅡ 위생에 좀더 신경을 써주셨으면 합니다.

다소 낡았지만 깔끔한 편이고, 아름다운 섭지코지에 위치하고 있다는 점이 장점임. 회원 위주라 그런지 빠릿하지 않은 비회원 투숙객은 이용안내 사항을 파악하기 쉽지는 않았음. 예를 들면 셔틀버스로 글라스 하우스 방문시 QR코드로 사전 등록해야 하나 동 정보가 홈페이지에 기재되어 있지 않고, 버스에 등록 안하고 앉아있는 사람들이 있었음. 식당들이 음식이 괜찮긴 하나, 리조트 밖으로 나가지 않으면 석식 메뉴가 제한적이고, 렌트카 없이 택시 이용시 석식을 위해 리조트 밖으로 나가고 들어올 때 택시 잡기가 아주 쉽지는 않으므로, 식당이 콜택시를 불러주는지 확인하고, 너무 늦지 않게 복귀하는 것이 좋아보였음. 지역 콜택시를 이용하는 것이 카카오 택시보다 나았음.
