Ther location is the best thing about this hotel but front desk staffs are not really friendly. I never seen they smile during my stay. Cleaning ladies were nice and helpful.

That is a very good experience to stay in this hotel. The lobby staff was very nice and helpful. The bed very huge and comfortable. The ocean view is very nice, but is part of view. The breakfast is fresh and healthy. We are very happy to stay in this place.

어머니께서 여기오면 마음이 편안하다고하셔서 제주도 오면 꼭 하루라도 자고 갑니다. 저녁 늦게 도착해서 피곤했는데 스위트룸으로 업그레이드도 해주셔서 잘묵다가 갑니다. 사과빵이 맛있는데 하필 품절이라 못 먹었지만 리조트 내에 베이커리도 매우 만족스럽습니다. 음식점도 걸어갈 수 있는 곳이라 편합니다. 제주도 오면 꼭 한번 이용해 보세요~
