This property is conveniently located to bus stops and about a 5 minute walk from the bus terminal. The staff were friendly. I opted for the breakfast, which was coffee, juice, and croissants. Having it delivered to the room was amazing. I loved getting to enjoy my breakfast without having to go to a communal dining room. I would recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is reasonably good, and the cleanliness of the unit was acceptable. However, the staffs were rude and un-accommodating. Guests of the hotel were expected to fill their used bottles in the water dispenser in the common area after the two complimentary bottled water. Also, utensils would also be charged if you may need say. Lastly, the air conditioning unit is deemed unusable in the winter season due to common heating issues according to them. In all, if you may need assistance be prepared to pay extra and receive nothing as of help to your problems.

Good size mini apartment liken room with comfortable beds and clean kitchenette with washing machine too. Bfast is simple yet delicious...didn’t get bored even after 5 bfast! Love everything abt this hotel except for the noise from the car wash place ‘SteamBoy’ during daytime. Owise all is excellent! Thank you again.

In a clean and safe neighbourhood. Very modern, clean and quiet rooms, with very helpful desk service. All employees speak fluent english. Close to a few restaurants, multiple convenience stores, and the emart. A 20 minute walk from Jamsil station and the bus terminal. Free parking on site. In room kitchenette and washer available.

The hotel was better and cuter than what we expected. Clean and neat, detailed by hotel’s characters and unique style. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Even though the hotel location is quite far with local attractions but hotel itself is closed by main bus stop so not a really big deal.

This hotel is one of the best business hotels you can find in this area. Price is very reasonable, facility is clean and staffs are amazing! Breakfast (pastries and coffee) pay for its price and it's delivered right to your door in designated time. One of the advantages is their washer! Front desk also gives you detergent (sheet-based) and drying rack. I absolutely loved this hotel.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The interior design is very interesting and very fresh. The rooms are clean and quiet. There is a microwave oven along with the refrigerator. The breakfast is unique, something that I have never tried before: the staff will bring it into your room at the designated time. No breakfast is available downstairs like in other hotels. The staff if very welcoming and helpful. I would definitely come back to this hotel in the future.

Stayed for 4 nights in this hotel. It is situated outside Seogwipo's city centre but it is only a 7 min bus ride to the city centre. It is really clean and modern. Bathroom is great too with big counter space. Awesome handwash/shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Don't bring from home! Glad that they have a washing machine in the room - although i was only provided with 1 time detergent wash. I did bring my own as I am quite particular with what I use. Please ask drying line from the reception. Free coffee/tea/2 bottles of water daily. However, there is a water filter at the reception. I used the water boiler to refill the water to make my tea/coffee. FYI - coffee bean and tea leaf brand for the in-room free coffee/tea. Espresso/Americano for 1000Korean Won at reception area. I would stay at this hotel again in the future.

The room design of the hotel is minamilistic, simple and tidy. Amenities in the room such as toothbrush, toothpaste and comb and not available so we might have to purchase them if not brought. Overall, everything is pleasing to stay in. Hopefully will comeback soon. Thank you

Clean and comfortable stay

Clean and comfortable, absolutely enjoyed my stay here. Room was very spacious and had everything you needed - a microwave, washing machine, and plenty of space for friends to gather in our room. Convenience stores and coffee places near the hotel; also a late night fried chicken joint!

This hotel was amazing! Location was great, super modern and clean, and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone staying on Jeju island.

Love it!

The room was exactly as pictured, and the kids of course loved the bunk bed. The location was a way from the happening local area so it was kind of peaceful from the busy city. We are ok with it as with a car for us to travel to the city. The pastry served durinv in room breakfast was super delicious!!! What could have been better: 1. Basic utensils as u do provide microwave so we could have light meals in d room 2. Washing detergent since washing machine is available in the room Overall, we loved the hotel and for the price we paid, highly recommends it.

The staff were very friendly and since we arrived late evening, they even helped to park our car since we were all tired and confused. The room is exactly as seen in photos and it was clean. Location is near multiple convenience stores and the major supermarket - emart.
