My family loved the stay for an easy and quick access to the room from the lobby entrance and the elevator. They loved the cozy environment, the essential amenities, and the water view the room offers.
The front desk staffers were very friendly and willing to help when I had questions and requests. The hotel seems to have been very well maintained, hence clean and neat overall.
The proximity to hundreds of restaurants (including some famous restaurants) is a huge plus, which definitely saved our time.
My recommendations for improvement are
1) The opening hours for the hotel cafe and the laundry room seem to be limited. Most tourists would not want to do laundry during the daytime as the laundry room hours are from 8am to 8pm. If this is because of the potential noise, I understand.
2) It would be more convenient if there were hooks on the bathroom wall or door to hang towels or clothes.
3) My family wished there had been a bidet. I believe they are used to that from their previous stays in other hotels.since it seems to have become a norm for Korean accommodation.
Overall, I think it was a great value, and we would stay again. Thank you for your hospitality.
