The staff was very courteous and the room was nice. I liked very much that they have shelves to put clothes, unlike every other hotel that I have stayed in of this category. The breakfast choices were not very impressive, however.

Absolutely wonderful, very quiet area and relaxing. The 3 young ladies working behind the desk during our stay were very nice and professional, always had time for me and my wife, nothing was too much for them, this kind of professionalism is needed in this industry, well done Ladies and thank you so much for your kindness.

This is a good budget option as a base for travelling into Paris, particularly if you’re in a car and don’t want to drive into the city. We took a train into Paris from Chantilly, which only takes about 25 minutes and literally used the hotel as a place to sleep rather than needing any facilities.

Lousy facility with worse service

Rooms are miniscule and have no air conditioning or fans and it only became tolerable after about 2 am. We had to ask twice for towels, and we never got bathmats. All in all, an unpleasant experience, especially since the staff seemed more annoyed than apologetic about the towels.
