Beautiful, brand new from the outside walls in 4 bedroom, 2 bathrooms house. Fantastic back yard with huge deck and fire pit. Attached rough sawn wood breeze way attaching the deck to the house. Large dining room open to the kitchen and sliding doors to the deck. Large den open to the kitchen.
Located on the Finger Lakes Wine Trail, across the street from the NYS Chriropractic College, 3 minute walk to Cayuga Lake, 5 minute drive to downtown Seneca Falls-home of Womans Rights. Close to Del Lago Casino and the Outlet Mall. 15 Minutes to Waterloo, NY-Birth of Memorial Day.

College Reunion with the Boys

The house was perfect for us. It is directly across from our College. The house is very well maintained. Four bedrooms and two bathrooms was the perfect size. the house has two spacious decks and a fire pit. An excellent house to rent in the Fall to explore the Finger Lakes wine trail.
