The spacious holiday home has a living room, a dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (3 bedrooms downstairs have A/C), 2 bathrooms as well as a hobby room with fitness equipment, a table tennis table and board games. Facilities of the typical Majorcan villa also include Wi-Fi, fans, a fireplace, a satellite TV, a baby cot, a high chair and 4 parking spots. The spacious outdoor area shaded by palm trees, invites you to spend relaxing days outdoors with its barbecue, large saltwater pool, sun loungers and several seats both in the sun and shade. Enjoy alfresco dinners with a glass of wine while taking in the breathtaking view of the landscape. The small town of Sencelles with shopping facilities, numerous restaurants and bars can be reached in 5 minutes by car and the coast with its fine sandy beaches in 25 - 30 minutes by car.

Eine Finca zum erholen

Pros: Das gemütliche Haus ist klimatisiert und lädt zur Entspannung ein. Man erreicht das Haus durch ein elektrisches Tor und die Einfahrt ist mit einem Weinberg umrandet.Der Aussenbereich verfügt über genug Schatten, da der Pool mit Palmen umgeben ist.Alles zusammen gefasst perfekt zum Erholen.

Nur die Beschreibung Salzwasser Pool stimmt so nicht, der Pool wird über eine Anlage mit Salz gereinigt vom Salz im Wasser merkt man nichts.

Cons: Im Nachhinein der 20- 25 minutiger Autofahrt zum Strand, aber das wussten wir ja vorher.
