Don’t stay here - nothing is good

Terrible hotel. Don’t stay here. Checkin stated as from 3pm. Room not ready till 5pm even when travelling with two small children. Hotel staff told me that our room could be available from 3pm and it was their choice when it would be available - it took me getting rather frustrated for 10 minutes before they said that they apologised. Room quality really poor, food really poor, hotel al tired and staff overall poor. Don’t stay here

good location but overpriced

hotel is getting dated, and there are 2 different hotels in one, which are treated differently, and though the food was ok, the service and service costs were quite different. The first hotel room smelled badly, the second was not really heatable, they charged a mandatory extra charge for animation (5€/day/person), and when my 15year old daughter tried to join an offered hike, the guide just left her standing there, as she didn't speak italian. so the hotel was really overpriced for the offfers

Good clean ski hotel.

Very good location right next to all the ski lifts. Hotel room was very clean and a very good size. Food was buffet only so good if you want a huge portion but not really highest quality (fine for the price though so no complaints).

Very beautiful area, but the cleanliness was awful. The staff was very oblivious. For example, I went to checkout and I stood at the counter for 37 min. There was one person in front of me one lady was helping, but two other ladies behind the desk who kept looking at me like I was bothering them. The checkout process took another 20 min for some reason. We checked out a day earlier and stayed somewhere else. The buffet was OK, but they tried to charge me for an extra adult when I was clearly the only adult at the table. Just not a great experience. Seems like they get all their money in winter time due to a fantastic location, but could use some hospitality in summer months and maybe some front desk personnel that pay attention.

A living museum

This isn't a bad hotel - the room we were given was massive (more like an apartment) and the receptionist was friendly and efficient. The thing is... it's like the 21st century never came this far up the hill. The decor is ancient, albeit high quality (the bathroom having lasted incredibly well for what I expect is 25+ years service - yellow countertop and brown tiles everywhere). We weren't keen on the rusty brown water that came out of every tap (a by-product of staying out of season, I expect), or having to pay for WiFi (HELLO 21ST CENTURY!), or the cruise-liner-style breakfast room complete with maitre d' in white tuxedo. If you're interested in history, it's worth staying just to venture into a bygone era, where life was simpler, and, apparently, way more weird.

Fantastiskt fjÀllhotell med bekvÀmligheter utöver det normala. VÀl stÀdat hotell - vi bodde i den Àldre Cristal-delen. Frukost och middag serverades pÄ buffé med riklighet och frÀschör. Fantastiskt personal i restaurangen, inga bekymmer med sprÄk, hÀr pratas i första hand Italienska, men Àven tyska och engelska.

Ein gutes Preis-/ LeistungsverhĂ€ltnis in traumhafter Lage. Das Hotel ist aus den 1970er Jahren und halt dementsprechend (inkl. alter Auslegware im Zimmer), das etwas renoviert. Aber dementsprechend preislich gut und die Halbpension mit Buffet absolut okay 👍!

Abbiamo soggiornato io e il mio ragazzo per 3 notti e devo dire che a malincuore siamo andati via. È stato tutto perfetto, dal personale, al paesaggio intorno, colazione e cena veramente molto buone. Abbiamo usufruito anche della spa che Ú stata rigenerante dopo le escursioni fatte in zona. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Die Zimmer im Bereich Cristal sind, wie der gesamte Komplex, in die Jahre gekommen, aber in guten Zustand. Einzig die BĂ€der wurden renoviert. Alles ist extrem hellhörig, so dass man problemlos das GesprĂ€ch der Nachbarn mithören kann, wenn diese sich ganz normal unterhalten. Ab ca. 7 Uhr ist daher die Nacht vorbei, wenn man einen leichten Schlaf hat. Das Schwimmbad (fĂŒr das man zwingend eine Badekappe benötigt) und der Spa-Bereich sind empfehlenswert. Ganz anders die Verpflegung. Diese ist der Hauptgrund, warum wir kein zweites Mal in diese Unterkunft fahren werden. Weder FrĂŒhstĂŒck noch Abendessen sind genießbar. Wenn man auf die Halbpension verzichtet, kann man es in dem Hotel aushalten.

HÄrda sÀngar och en lite hÄrd kudde. Gammalt och skabbigt rum men toaletten var fin. Direkt nÀr vi klev in i rummet luktade illa och det slog dörren nÀr nÄgon annan stÀngde sitt rum och det var vÀldigt lyhört. God buffé var det.
