mauvaise expérience

Abritel a fait le nécessaire pour nous reloger et nous a remboursé très rapidement. n'oubliez jamais d imprimer la réservation avec réf de l hôte et réf dossier, çà aide ... Avions réservé à ce studio, l'hôte n'avait pas pris en compte notre réservation, donc il ne nous connaissait pas et n'avait pas notre nom en réservation puis selon ses dires , il ne serait pas sur cette plateforme abritel de ce fait la réservation à cette date était déjà prise pour un autre couple sur airbnb à la date du 12 au 20/08 ou +. IL faut imaginer après +6heures de route, bec dans l'eau. En plus, l'hôte nous demande à ne pas réagir de suite auprès de la plateforme, toutefois, de peur d'une anarque sur le web, j'ai appelé rapidement abritel dès qu'on est reparti de Semussac et abritel nous a rassuré, heureusement nous avions du monde dans la région pour nous loger. mauvaise expérience, mais avons passé de très bonnes vacances finalement mieux que chez l'hôte. Dans cette mauvaise aventure, Abritel pouvait nous chercher un hôtel pour 1 nuit et trouver par la suite, nous l' avons devancé. Merci Abritel d'avoir fait le maximum.
