My place is close to great views, restaurants and dining, the beach, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of the neighborhood, the coziness, and the comfy bed. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), and big groups.
All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, air-conditioning and double wardrobes fitted with safety deposit boxes. The bedrooms are also equipped with ceiling fans.

It has an innovative design that defines the relationship between nature and functionality. Every structural element has a distinct sense of purpose without compromising on style or comfort. The entire property has been built with integrity to ensure that it operates with the smallest possible carbon footprint.

The combined living and dining area is part of the main structure overlooking the length of the swimming pool. The living area has been designed for casual comfort and is the perfect place for family and friends to congregate at any time of the day or night. This area has been left open so the view to the pool and the landscaped area is not obstructed. It allows guests to move around freely between the bedrooms and this common space. The living area is ideal for lounging and relaxation and is equipped with a big television and a music system fully installed with a high quality surround sound system for the listening pleasure of our guests.

The Dining space is on the other side of the living area, in front of the kitchen. This has been designed in such a way so that guests can enjoy a meal while listening to music, watching TV or a movie, yet easily accessible to the kitchen.The elegant dining table allows for a prestigious private dining experience with comfort and practicality in mind.

The open plan kitchen is located behind the living and dining area. The kitchen is fully fitted with a four-burner stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, juicer and maxi bar. The water dispenser has been installed on one side of the kitchen so it is easily accessible to all the guests in the villa at all times. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils (pots, pans, ladles, knives etc.) including crockery, cutlery and glassware. Most of the crockery provided has been sourced from “Jenggala” (the state-of-the-art designer boutique for high quality and handcrafted ceramic goods of international standards available in Bali).

This villa is located in a secluded lane off Jalan Drupadi called Gang Damai. A short walk will bring you to Jalan Laksmana, the arterial road of Seminyak, a fashionable area with an abundance of boutique shopping options, as well as numerous restaurants, spas, art galleries boutique shops and nightclubs. The beach is only a 15 minute walk from this villa, which is the perfect place for enjoy a stunning sunset. The villa is an oasis nestled in a quiet lane but also conveniently located because of its close proximity to dining, shopping and spa facilities.
