This boutique contemporary villa is the perfect space for a very private, secluded holiday where your own private pool enables you to enjoy a quick dip or more sumptuous lounging time. The villa is a quiet space as it is down a lane only a 3 minute walk to Biku restaurant.

When ready to be entertained this location will prove itself over and over again as being just perfect. Nestled between the very popular Potatohead bar/restaurant and the elegant W hotel. Far enough away for noise to never be an issue but close enough that walking will be the easiest transportation method to reach everything around you.

Fabulous villa! Wonderful staff!

Great staff and great location

Beautiful and stylish villa - I’ve stayed at over 50 different villas in Bali over many years. Now that Seminyak is getting so busy and the traffic is terrible , the Petitenget area is a nicer place to stay . This villa is down a quiet lane within easy walking distance to Sarong, Merah Putih, Saigon st and many other lovely restaurants- Revolver coffee close by and just a nice style of area. Staff were lovely and unobtrusive, yet there if we needed them. We liked the two bedroom Villa Tia so much that we have booked a bigger villa for January - highly recommend this villa
