Left stranded had to book new accommodation

Terrible experience, travelled with 4 friends to Bali. On arrival everything seemed ok - friendly enough. Stayed one night out of seven. Got broken into on our second day during the day, nothing taken luckily but the safe was destroyed in their attempt. When we got home to this security couldn’t be found. Called villa management straight away - Got bad advice from management as what to do. Eventually got a hold of police and the owner representive - we weren’t allowed to talk to the owner. We stated that we no longer feel safe here and needed to move being four girls in a villa. After many hours of conversation and going around in circles no refund or help was given - they just didn’t care. The owner representative said that they will fix the safe but couldn’t understand why four girls wouldn’t continue to stay in a villa after it was broken into to.. look for somewhere else !!!! Also looked like and inside job which police agreed with- all other doors were locked and no force entry so access must of been from someone with a key. Lots of other nice resorts and secure villas in Seminyak - this is not one !

Amazing pool, lovely staff, close to everything!

We stayed at this villa with another couple, it was great having the two rooms separated by the amazing pool! The staff were lovely, Mr G gave us a phone to use if we needed to contact him/in cases of emergency, so that was excellent! The villa was a short walk from the main street of Seminyak, the villa is located in area that seems a little unsafe, although we were absolutely fine, you just need to be smart and not walk around alone! I would have liked some small TV's in the bedrooms, just as when one couple wanted to go to sleep and the other wanted to watch TV it could be a little annoying (but that is very minor!) The ONLY thing that we were disappointed with was the bathrooms, the toilets would not flush properly, we had to use the small hose attached while flushing to push things down, also one of the showers had very poor water pressure and the actual head of the shower was not fitted properly so we needed to hold it to use it (without water spraying everywhere) But, in saying that, we would still return with no hesitations, you just can't beat that pool!!!

Lovely pool right at your doorstep

Gorgeous gorgeous set-up and pool. You can literally step into the pool from right outside your bedroom or living room. Rooms are clean and comfortable, just rather old. Some renovation will do the place good and will definitely take the villa up to the next level. Nonetheless, it was an enjoyable stay. The villa managers, staff and security are all very very friendly, courteous and helpful. As the villa is in an area where there are rice paddy fields nearby and it was rainy season, we sighted a rat in the villa. That said, I had a similar experience in another bali villa where I saw a frog. Just a note of caution for all Bali holiday-goers looking to stay in a villa.

Wir mussten nach der 1. Nacht von Villa 1 in die nahezu baugleiche Villa 2 nebenan umziehen, da das Managment eine Doppelbuchung vorgenommen hatte. Beide sind den Fotos entsprechend eingerichtet und mit einem tollen Pool ausgestattet. Villa 2 ist etwas abgewohnter, so dass ich mir auch schon mal einen Splitter eingetreten habe. Allerdings ist dort der Pool nicht wie in Villa 1 in der Mitte durch einen Steg abgetrennt und eignet somit besser zum Schwimmen. Auch der Wohnbereich ist großzügiger geschnitten. Beide Villen haben eine Haushälterin, die auch das Frühstück zubereitet, entweder gegen Bezahlung, oder man kauft selbst ein. Die Küchenzeile ist allerdings sehr spartanisch eingerichtet und die Küchengeräte veraltet. Die Lage ist in Ordnung. Jedoch braucht man zur Orientierung etwas Zeit. Hier war das eher unflexible Managment wenig hilfreich. Es gab keinen Ortsplan und kaum Erklärungen. So erreicht man den Strand zu Fuß nach knapp 15 min, wenn man weiß, wo es langgeht: die Seitengasse links entlang immer geradeaus, an einem Reisfeld vorbei bis zur Hauptstraße kurz hinter dem Flohmarkt. Dann gleich wieder links dem Schild „Ku De Ta“-Bar folgen und schon ist man da.
