Great location and staff but not 5 star

The villa is in a fantastic location and walking distance to everything. Pool area and day beds are great. Staff friendly and helpfull. Villa is getting run down. Back bedroom is mouldy and very smelly. Not much privacy between rooms and very noisey day and night. The pool area shares a wall with a minimart and hotel reception area which can also be loud. Daily service missed clean towels and water a few times. No 24hr staff and security was disappointing as well which we expected for the price.
Stayed 5 nights in Feb 2018
