Stained bed sheets, got a nasty bed rash the first night (my partner did not though) which I put down to a heat rash until I got it again the next night and the one after. inspected bed and found loose black dots on the bedding linen. I told the staff after the first night and they changed sheets and I started sleeping on top of a spare sheet they gave me which reduced the rash some. Hotel staff would not accept my master card debit card for hotel bond, made the check in a bit more inconvenient. Taxi service at front of the hotel charges very high, up to 4x the price of a normal bali taxi. Once I found myself paying more for a taxi in bali than I would for one in Perth (where I live and its 1 of the 10 most expensive cities in the world). Breakfast Buffet was good, pool was excellent, staff were very warm and friendly and the bar was nice.
