Immaculate country home situated in the stunning countryside near the charming village Selva, at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range.



This excellent house is the perfect home for those who adore the country lifestyle. Privacy and tranquility are guaranteed here whilst at the same time the house is not far away from the village with its amenities. It offers 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a modern kitchen with dining area, a spacious living room and a conservatory style sitting room that leads out to one of the terraces and into the garden with pool.



Outside there are seating / dining areas, the pool is surrounded by another sunny terrace which is the perfect spot to sunbathe. An immaculate lawn and an abundance of local flora enhace the lovely garden. All rooms in this impeccable house are bright and filled with daylight. A big woodburning stove provides warmth and a cosy atmosphere during the cooler months. There is also a pool table, football pitch and sports equipment available.



Selva is an idyllic municipality with about 3,000 inhabitants in the Tramuntana area, between Inca and the Lluc monastery. The villages Caimari, Moscari and Biniamar also belong to this municipality. Caimari is famous throughout Spain for the production of high quality olive oil.
