La Cabaña de Pepe - Cozy country house with pool and views in Moscari

Beautiful little house at the foot of the mountain, with unbeatable panoramic views. The villa belongs to Moscari, a charming little village in the interior of the island.

The house is located on a large totally private plot of 21,000 m2. Upon entering the farm you can breathe tranquility and feel a great contact with nature.

The house is small but well distributed. There are 75 m2 distributed in large living-dining room, with satellite TV and Wifi; fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms with large windows and fantastic views and two full bathrooms, one of them en-suite.

There are 3 air conditioners, one in each bedroom and one in the living -dining room. There's also a safe.

But surely the strong point is the outside area. There's a fantastic porch with wide open views of the mountains of the Tramuntana mountains. The "infinity" pool measures 8 per 5 meters and is surrounded by a large lawn. There are fruit trees.

At about 80 meters from the house and the garden, the owner has some animals: sheep, rabbits, a turkey and some chickens. Our smallest guests love to accompany the owner to feed them.

Moscari, is a small town of no more than 400 inhabitants. It is located at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains, between Selva and Campanet. The "Moscariencs", as those who live there are called, are simple and hospitable people. The beauty of its surroundings offers countless plans, excursions and walks.

This house is ideal to enjoy the summer of Mallorca, but also to know its less warm season, to discover the richness of its mountain, both on foot and by bicycle. ET / 2789

Fantastic hideaway

This villa is isolated so it's quiet but not so much that there isn't enough to do locally. It's well contacted, 10 minutes by car to anything you need. The owner is wonderful, helpful and funny! We had an amazing time here.

Outstanding Villa

Because of Covid we have had to postpone for 2 years and finally got away this year. I can’t thank Mariana and her team for their continual support and understanding over the last 2 years. The villa is outstanding. Very quiet, 2 lovely patio areas for relaxing and a lovely pool to cool down in. Can’t recommend enough. Pepe the owner is a very friendly guy and comes over to water the garden and feed the chickens who have a habit of wondering around the grounds which is quite entertaining.

Great location and stunning views

Great place with stunning views from terrace and the infinity pool. Very peaceful and we enjoyed evenings watching the stars. Located in small village that has a bar and a couple of restaurants. Supermarkets are 10 min by car. Easy access to coast- approx 30 min drive and only 40 min from airport. Pepe was a super host- always attentive but not intrusive and happy to help. If you want a beautiful peaceful location this is the place to visit.

Insgesamt hat uns das Haus gut gefallen. Die Lage ist toll, kurze Wege zum Strand und auch in die Berge. Das Grundstück ist schön groß, der Pool war uns fast zu kalt. Das dritte Schlafzimmer ist kein abgeschlossener Raum, sodass die Nachtruhe dort nur eingeschränkt gewährleistet ist. Jeden Abend kamen ein bis drei Katzen, die uns zu aufdringlich waren (freundliche Versuche des Verscheuchens waren erfolglos). Die Kommunikation mit Owl-Booking war toll. Wir fühlten uns gut informiert und betreut. Das Haus war bei Ankunft sauber, ein kleines Willkommenspaket hat uns erfreut.Es gibt ein paar kleine Mängel wie quietschende Türen, durchgelegene Poolliege oder defektes Netz an der Tischtennisplatte, aber ich gehe davon aus, dass das schnell behoben wird.Das allergrößte Ärgernis sind die Mücken. Wir mussten uns regelmäßig einsprühen und manchmal hat nicht mal das geholfen...Trotzdem eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft, deren Lage die kleinen Schwächen kompensiert.Ausflugstipps: Markt in Pollensa, Port de Pollenca, Wanderung zum Puig de Maria, Essen im Tierra de Fuego

Wunderbare Finca

Wir hatten einen unvergesslichen Urlaub in einer wunderbaren Finca mit herrlicher Umgebung. Bei der Ankunft war das gesamte Haus mit frischen Blüten geschmückt und ein leckerer Obstteller war hinterlegt. Der Vermieter ist ein sehr netter und freundlicher Mensch, der tagsüber dezent seine Obstplantage bewirtschaftet und die Tiere versorgt. WLAN funktionierte im Haus und direkt davor auf der Terrasse gut. Der Pool ist sauber und gepflegt.

Schöne Finca

Der Aufenthalt war alles in allem schön. Es gibt nur ein paar Kleinigkeiten zu bemängeln. Es müssten an den Fenstern Mücken bzw Insektennetze sein, damit man durch lüften kann. Tolles Haus, wo man mal komplett abschalten kann. Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. LG Holger und Janine

Ein toller Ort abseits des Trubels

Sehr sehr schönes kleines Häuschen mit tollem riesigen Grundstück. Schöner Blick auf das Gebirge, Schaafherde nebenan, Hühner, Zitronen- und Orangenbäume im Garten sorgen für das perfekte Erlebnis des ländlichen mallorquinischen Hinterlandes. Liebevoller Gastgeber. Wir kommen wieder!

Ein Traum...

Pepe's Landhaus im Winter

Man sollte sich darüber im Klaren sein, dass die Bauweise der Finca (Einfachverglasung, ohne Dämmung) für längere Aufenthalte im Winter eventuell nur bedingt geeignet ist, da die nächtlichen Temperaturen häufig nur einstellig sind und die Räume entsprechend schnell auskühlen. Zudem kann die Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer nur kalte Luft verströmen, sodass der Kamin als einzige Wärmequelle dient. Der Vermieter hat daher zusätzlich zwei elektrische Radiatoren zur Verfügung gestellt, die täglich im Gebrauch waren. Im Allgemeinen überwiegt aber wie bei den vorherigen Gästen die grundlegend positive Bewertung.

Schönes Landhaus am Rande der Berge

Schon die Buchung und die weitere Kommunikation mit der Agentur hat hervorragend geklappt. Ein Dankeschön dafür. Begrüßt wurden wir von Pepe mit frischem Obst, Sekt mit Pralinen, Wasser, Milch und Saft. Pepe kam alle zwei Tage zum Füttern der Tiere vorbei, war ganz unauffällig und sehr sehr herzlich. Die Ruhe haben wir sehr genossen, das Haus befindet sich auf einem riesengroßen Grundstück, nebenbei laufen Hühner und Puten, die Schafe grasen auf der Wiese. Das Haus hat alles, was man benötigt für einen schönen Urlaub, wir haben jeden Tag gekocht und konnten uns zum Essen auf eine der Terrassen in der Sonne oder im Schatten aufhalten, ganz wie es uns gefällt. Der Radweg Selva-Campanet führt praktisch am Grundstück vorbei, so dass wir mit den Rädern sowohl in die Berge als auch ans Meer fahren konnten. Alles ist sehr gepflegt, wenn es abends etwas kälter wird, spendet der Kamin Wärme. Wer abseits vom Trubel Mallorca ländlich erleben will, ist hier genau richtig. Wir empfehlen Pepe's Landhaus uneingeschränkt und möchten im nächsten Jahr, falls nicht ausgebucht, wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Wunderbare Tage in herrlicher Umgebung

Pepes Finca ist ein wunderbarer Ort um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Auf einem riesigen Terrain bietet die Finca Ausblicke und Sitzgelegenheiten in alle Richtungen. Trotz unserer extrem späten Anreise wurden wir sehr herzlich von Pepe empfangen und eingewiesen. In dem Haus war alles verfügbar was wir benötigt haben, inkl. frischem Obst auf dem Tisch. Es ist dort sehr heimelig mit 2 Bädern und 2 schönen Zimmern. Und die Finca war sehr sauber und aussen und innen sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll dekoriert. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war, dass es aufgrund der Temperaturen doch trotz Radiatoren ziemlich kühl im Haus war und der Kamin oft angezündet werden musste. Pepe hat fast jeden Tag nach uns geschaut und war immer ein sehr freundlicher Ansprechpartner. Verkehrstechnisch liegt die Finca auch sehr gut. Ausserhalb, mit sehr viel Ruhe und trotzdem mit dem Auto aus verschiedenen Richtungen gut anfahrbar. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können Pepes Finca wärmstens empfehlen. Im Übrigen hat auch die Kommunikation vorab sehr gut geklappt. Nochmals Danke an alle!

Super Aussicht und total nette Vermieter!

Wir haben in dem schönen Haus 2 Wochen im Februar verbracht, die Mandelblüte war durch die landschaftlich reizvolle Lage direkt vor der Haustür. Der Blick aus den Panoramafenstern im Schlafzimmer war morgens immer wieder beeindruckend, da man tatsächlich direkt auf das Tramuntana Gebirge schaut. Die einmalige Ruhe wird eigentlich nur durch Vögel, Schafsglöckchen und die Mitbewohner Hühner und Truthähne "gestört". Das haben wir sehr genossen! Das Haus ist von der Ausstattung her ausreichend, die Bäder sind modern und einwandfrei, das Bett war bequem. Wir wurden von beiden Besitzern mit grosser Herzlichkeit empfangen.... man hatte uns mit reichlich frischem Obst, Saft und Wasser ausgestattet. Der Service durch Señor Pepe in Bezug auf Brennholz war ebenfalls klasse, denn das Haus wird durch den Kaminofen beheizt. Hier hatten wir dann doch einen grossen Bedarf, da die Temperaturen eben noch etwas winterlich waren. Auch sind wir in den Genuss der frischen Hühnereier gekommen, sehr lecker. Kurzum: beide waren total liebe und hilfsbereite Gastgeber! !Muchas gracias y hasta la próxima vez!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus umgeben von herrlicher Berglandschaft

Komplett ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in ruhiger ländlicher Lage. Das Haus ist umgeben von Feldern mit vereinzelten Oliven- und Zitrusbäumen. Auf dem großen angrenzenden Außengelände werden durch den Besitzer Hühner und eine Pute gehalten, manchmal weiden auch Schafe. Die nächste größere Stadt (Inca) ist ca. 10 km entfernt. Ein Auto für Einkäufe, Essengehen etc. ist sehr empfehlenswert. Von den zwei Terrassen hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf die umliegenden Berge der Serra de Tramuntana. Sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber.

Traumhafter Blick auf das Tramuntana-Gebirge

Wir waren zu dritt (2 Erwachsene + 10-Jähriger) für 9 Tage zu Besuch in Pepe's Landhaus. Der Besitzer Pepe erwartete uns am Haus und hatte einige Aufmerksamkeiten als Willkommensgruß für uns bereit gestellt. Den Holzofen im Wohnzimmer haben wir jeden Tag genutzt, da es Ende März/Anfang April am Abend doch noch ziemlich frisch war. Auch das Wasser im Pool war leider noch zu kalt; ist aber sehr schön angelegt. Auf dem großen Grundstück gibt es Schafe, Hühner, Truthähne, Goldfische und Frösche in einem Teich, die für uns eine beruhigende Geräuschkulisse erzeugten. Das haben wir zurück zu Hause sofort vermisst! Für 4 Tage hatten wir E-Bikes gemietet und haben schöne Touren gemacht, die längste bis nach Alcudia. Wir möchten uns hiermit ganz herzlich bei Pepe für die schöne Zeit bedanken!
