This beautiful villa, for clients over 27 years old as a rule, is located in a very quiet rural area on the outskirts of Selva.

The house, fully equipped, has a classic character that combines perfectly with the typical style of Majorcan villas. It is very spacious and bright and it takes care of even the smallest detail. As far as the exterior is concerned, it has a large swimming pool, several furnished terraces and a wonderful garden with natural grass. Without a doubt, it is an idyllic place to spend time outdoors and enjoy the sun of Mallorca.



As far as the surroundings are concerned, it is worth visiting the picturesque villages of the Serra de Tramuntana in Caimari, Mancor de la Vall or Selva. In addition, in less than 30 minutes driving you will reach any area of the north coast of the island, where you can enjoy the endless sandy beaches and crystal clear waters such as the Bay of Alcudia, or other smaller and more exclusive beaches such as of Bonaire, Mal Pas or Manresa. It is also close to one of the most sought-after tourist areas of the island, Port de Pollença, where you will find a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

Due to the situation of the property, before accepting any reservation, it is important to know the ages of the clients since if they are not families, they must be over 27 years of age.

Beautiful Villa with everything needed

This is a beautiful villa, where the owner thought of everything you could need. Beds where comfortable, ac sufficient to keep the house nice and cool, well appointed kitchen. The wrap around porch is beautiful and seats comfortably a large family. The swimming pool was clean and felt great after a day outside. Maria the owner, is very attentive to details and helpful with information, she even left us some goodies to enjoy. We had a great stay at this property.

Nach langem suchen hatten wir diese wunderschöen Finca gefunden und wurden keineswegs enttäuscht. Es war einfach traumhaft, die Bilder und Bescheibungen haben voll und ganz dem entsprochen wie wir es uns vorgestllt hatten. Es war eine wirklich schöne Zeit und auch die Kommunikation mit dem Hausbesitzer hat einwandfrei geklappt.
