Located in a very quiet area, it belongs to the municipality of Selva,but it is located 500m from the village of Lloseta, a small Majorcan village in the Raiguer area.It´s a quiet area but well connected to the island, Lloseta has a train station that takes you to the capital, Palma.It has a capacity for up to 6 guests, 3 double bedrooms and two full bathrooms, one of them en suite. Living room,fully furnished kitchen and open to another dining room with access to the large porch with stunning views to the Tramuntana mountains.Well-kept exteriors, surrounded by green grass. Salt-watering pool with a large terrace with its sun loungers to delight in the rays of the sun.Fixed barbecue by the pool.
