The Villa "Can Flauta" equipped with a wonderful private pool, has an idyllic location in the region of the picturesque city of Selva very close to the town of Inca. Surrounded by green orange trees, this house is located in an environment surrounded by nature that will favor rest and disconnection during your stay.
In the outdoor area, you can rest on one of the four sun loungers or cool off by taking a pleasant swim in the pool (8x4m). Also outside, there is an open-air terrace with a barbecue where you can gather with family or friends. Inside, there is a fireplace for the cooler nights. From the terrace and the pool, you can enjoy spectacular views of the Sierra de la Tramuntana.
The entrance leads you to the living and dining area and to the well-equipped country kitchen. There is direct access to the outdoor terrace, where you can enjoy spectacular panoramic views of the Sierra de Tramuntana and the rural surroundings during breakfast.
This accommodation has capacity for 5 people distributed in 3 bright rooms and two bathrooms. Two of the rooms have a double bed and the other has a single bed, these have air conditioning. There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.

Schöne Finca im Landesinneren mit super Ausblick
Super Finca zum Abschalten. Wir haben 11 Tage dort verbracht und jeden Tag genossen. Die Finca ist auch mit Kleinkindern sehr zu empfehlen.

... Das Haus / Anwesen und alles drum herum, waren einfach perfekt für uns als Familie.
das Haus ist sauber, hat 2 getrennte Badezimmer und kann sofort benutzt werden ( alle nur denkbaren Accessoires die man für das tägliche Leben benötigt sind vorhanden.
Kurzum rein in das Haus Urlaub an.
Glaube so perfekt hatten wir es noch nie. Vielen lieben Dank

Nette sehr ruhig gelegene Finca
Geräumige Finca, sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Finca hat dicke Mauern und die drei Schlafzimmer sowie das Wohnzimmer sind mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet.
Die Finca besitzt alle nötigen Hilfsmittel, die man im Haushalt benötig.
Am Pool kann man wunderbar relaxen und sich abends ein Steak auf den gemauerten Aussengrill legen.
Mit dem Auto kann man bis vors Haus fahren.
Wir hatten einen schönen, ruhigen unspektakulären Aufenthalt.
