Nestled in the peaceful and picturesque village of Moscari, surrounded by the majestic Serra de Tramuntana and close to Selva, this stone villa offers an authentic experience in a serene and private setting. The property’s spacious outdoor areas are designed to embrace the Mallorcan outdoor lifestyle.

The villa features a charming terrace with a covered porch, perfect for dining and gathering al fresco, as well as a private pool complete with sun loungers and parasols for soaking up the Mediterranean sun. An outdoor barbecue area and a convenient shower beside the pool add further comfort, creating an ideal outdoor retreat. The villa is surrounded by well-maintained gardens, blending seamlessly into the natural landscape.

Inside, the villa is spread over two floors with five double bedrooms, two of which include en-suite bathrooms with showers, in addition to a separate bathroom with a bathtub. The fully equipped kitchen opens to the living room, which offers direct access to the terrace and outdoor spaces.
