Nice villa with private pool in Selva, in the Tramuntana Mountains. It can comfortably accommodate 4 people.
The outdoor area is ideal for enjoying a holiday with friends or family. The saltwater pool measures 8x4 metres and has a constant depth of 1.80 m. Next to it, there are sun loungers where you can relax in the sun, as well as a barbecue for preparing delicious meals. Before entering the house, there is a porch with chairs, perfect for extending your evenings with a glass of wine.

The interior is arranged as a single open-plan kitchen, living and dining area. In the living area, you will find two sofas, satellite TV and a fireplace. Air conditioning is also available for warmer nights. The open kitchen is gas-powered and comes with all the necessary utensils for cooking your favourite dishes. There is also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. For sleeping, there are two bedrooms with double beds, and a bathroom with a shower completes the accommodation. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair.

The location of the house is perfect, as you can reach any part of the island in a short time. In the village, you will find bars, restaurants and supermarkets, and within a 20-minute drive you can visit fantastic beaches such as Platja de Muro, Port d’Alcúdia or Platja de Formentor. Thursdays are market day in Inca, when the town becomes a lively and bustling place.

The location of the villa is very close to some really good restaurants. You have the option to go further north or up into the mountains. The villa was the perfect place to reset and relax, watching the clouds and the mountain view whilst having a dip in the pool. We loved the BBQ, made dinner really easy and delicious

Ruhige und saubere Finca mit wunderschönem Blick auf die Berge

Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Besitzer hat uns alles gezeigt und war bereits vor Ort als wir ankamen. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sauber und groß genug, um dort auch mit einer 4 köpfige Familie zu wohnen. Besonders schön ist die Terrasse und der große Garten. Morgens in den Pool springen, dann auf der Terrasse frühstücken und Abends Grillen. Das ist Urlaub pur und man wird nicht von Nachbarn oder Straßenlärm gestört. Lediglich ein paar freche Hähne und Ziegen haben unsere Ruhe bisweilen gestört. Aber es ist auszuhalten.

Beautiful finca in quiet rural location

Fantastic finca situated in lovely countryside with glorious views of the mountains. Finca is well equipped with spacious living area, kitchen and bedrooms. Outdoor space is really beautiful with well kept gardens, lime trees, fantastic swimming pool, table, sofa and loungers. Central location, close to major roads, makes it easy for exploring the north of the island.

Sehr schöne Finca, alles wie auf den Bildern dargestellt und sehr sauber. Sehr ruhige Lage aber Auto erforderlich. Einfaches check in am Flughafen, Besitzer spricht leider kein Deutsch und sehr wenig englisch, Kommunikation vor Ort daher schwierig. Sonst alles perfekt.
