Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer schönen Anlage, der nächste Supermarkt ist gleich um die Ecke und Bus und Bahn(Roland) sind auch nicht weit weg. Die Wohnung selbst ist modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die 1. Zimmerwohnungen sind allerdings sehr klein.

Reinigung wurde lieblos durchgeführt, hatten das Gefühl der vorherige Gast ist gerade zur Tür raus, geschlafen wurde auf einer Schlafcouch, was unsere alten Knochen uns strafften, war halt sehr unbequem, aber im großen und ganzen ein erholsamer Aufenthalt, Staubsauger und Reinigungsmittel auf Zimmer zu finden und dann war die Welt wieder in Ordnung punkto Sauberkeit

Ausreichende Unterkunft für bis zu 2 Wochen

Leider hat dieses 1 Raum App. kein eigenes Schlafzimmer. Die Schlafcouch ist eine Doppelbettcouch, auf der man gut schlafen kann. Somit ist aber kein weiterer Platz zum Sitzen da, außer den beiden Stühlen am Esstisch. Man räumt die Couch ja nicht täglich zusammen. Lage und Umgebung sind ausreichend gut. Die Ausstattung der Küchenzeile ist am Mindestmaß orientiert, die Messer sind nicht unbedingt scharf. Für unsere 6 Tage war es ausreichend.

Insgesamt positiv...

... zu bewerten. Die Schlaufcouch/das Schlafsofa in dem kleinen Zimmer ist allerdings nicht besonders komfortabel. Die Küche ist ausreichend für kleinere Mahlzeiten bestückt, es fehlt allerdings für das richtige Urlaubsgefühl ein Geschirrspüler. Aber das ist bei über 200 Wohnungen wohl nicht zu realisieren. Wenn nichts anderes mehr auf Rügen frei wäre, würden wir auch beim nächsten Mal diese Wohnung wieder beziehen. Hinweis zur Wäsche: Derzeit kostet eine Waschmaschinenladung im dortigen Waschsalon 4,-. Waschmittel natürlich separat. Trockner auch 4,-. Der Balkon ist übrigens sehr klein. Es passen gerade zwei Stühle und ein kleiner Tisch darauf. Ergebnis: Entweder Wäsche/Badesachen trocknen oder sitzen.
