In a quiet location, right on the high promenade of the famous seaside resort Sellin, centrally located the newly built 2-room apartment Strandkorb. Only a few meters from the enchanting Granitzer Biosphere Reserve. Immediately opposite is the Sellin pier on the Baltic Sea beach. The shopping and Promeniermeile (Wilhelmstraße) is about 5 minutes away from your accommodation. A nice holiday!!!

The quiet non smoking apartment is located in the 1. Floor. It offers you with about 48 square meters sufficient space for 3 adults and 1 child up to 3 years in travel cot. The laminate flooring living room is very bright due to its floor to ceiling windows and has a couch corner (extra beds for third Person) with coffee table, a chair, a dresser and a TV cabinet with flat screen TV. From here you get to the cabin layout balcony (South / East). An internet connection (WLAN) is available for you. This is included! The double bed with bedside tables and a spacious wardrobe complete the bedroom. Also from here you can choose the access to the balcony. The fully equipped kitchenette includes a ceramic hob, an oven at eye level, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and various kitchen utensils and a dining table with 3 chairs. The tiled bathroom has a shower, vanity and toilet. An underground parking space (# 14) is reserved for your car. The initial equipment of a linen package (complete bed linen, 1 towel, 2 small towels) you can book up to 14 days before arrival for an additional charge or supplement by your own. For packages booked for 2 or more you will receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat once.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

Tolle gemütliche Ferienwohnung, man hat alles was man braucht. Die lage war auch sehr gut. Keine 10 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand und zur Einkaufspromenade.Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder. Wir würden auf jedenfall wiederkommen.

Buchen gerne wieder

Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden und werden sicher wieder das gleiche Objekt buchen. Wir würden aber versuchen eine Wohnung mit einer anderen Parkmöglichkeit zu finden. Wir hatten eine Parkbucht am Ende der Tiefgarage mit Säule in der Einfahrtschneise und das Einparken war schon eine besondere Herausforderung.

Große und gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit Top Lage. Nur wenige Fußminuten von der Seebrücke Sellin entfernt. Jedoch sollte mehr auf die Sauberkeit geachtet werden auch an kleineren Stellen,was wir der Vermittlung sofort weitergeleitet haben.

Urlaub nach Corona sperre

Die Wohnung ist hell und geräumig. Schöne grosse Küche Große Fenster Wohnbereich geräumig Balkon groß mit Tisch und 4 Stühlen. leider ab 15:30 keine Sonne mehr. Geräumiger Abstellraum für die Fahrräder in der Tiefgarage mit großen Auto schwer einzuparken. Die Lage der Wohnung ist nahe an der Steilküste und sehr ruhig.
