For families and lovers, for groups of friends or budget travelers there are in our first location spacious rooms, which are also comfortably furnished and have their own sink. The room has a double bed with bedside tables and reading lamps, a flat-screen TV and a wardrobe. The apartments are not cleaned daily, but only after departure!On arrival, fresh towels are ready and the beds are already made with linen. A travel cot can be provided if required. Please specify this when booking. The single showers (lockable) and toilets for common use with a few other guests, are located in the hallway. A free Wi-Fi can be used by our guests!

Welcome to the Appartementhaus Sellin!   Our villa was built in 1902 in the most beautiful resort architecture and welcomes you in a prime location. It is - built in the Art Nouveau style, one of the most beautiful houses in Sellin's main promenade, the Wilhelmstraße, which feeds directly to the sandy, kilometer-long beach on the famous Sellin pier. Here you can enjoy the charm of the golden twenties in your Rügen holiday. The beach with the pier on the Baltic Sea is only about 300 m. The seaside resort of Sellin is part of the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve South-East Rügen with beautiful, unspoiled nature. In the vicinity there are numerous cycling and hiking trails.   The village center of the seaside resort can be reached in about 100 m and the small train station for the "racing Roland" after about 800 meters away. In the center of various shops, shops, many restaurants invite you to linger.   All apartments (max 1 to 4 guests) have internet access and are individually and comfortably furnished with a heart. The single and double rooms in the front building of this historic villa partly have a balcony with a wonderful view of the Wilhelmstraße. The other apartments are quiet in the annex to the rear. Further details about the apartments can be found in the detailed description of the offered units. On arrival fresh towels are ready and the beds already with linen. The apartments are not cleaned daily, but only after departure! A travel cot can be provided if required. Parking is limited in the season, the bus stop for public transport is only about 500 meters. ATTENTION: After a booking regarding the arrival times please call the house Sellin and not the agent!

Arrivals are possible from 17:00 to 22:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

Siehe oben. Wir würden es wieder buchen. Wenn man ein paar Sachen mitbringt, um das Zimmer gemütlich zu machen wie Kerzen und Kuschel decken, ist es mehr als ok.

Sowohl von außen als auch von innen macht das Haus einen guten Eindruck. Das Zimmer war für zwei Personen groß genug, zumal wir nur zum Schlafen da waren. Das Frühstücksbuffet war umfangreich und lecker. Innerhalb von ein paar Gehminuten ist man auch schon an der Seebrücke und kann dabei gemütlich durch die vielen kleinen Läden schlendern.

Die kurzfristige Buchung war problemlos, auch die Schlüsselübergabe bei angekündigter Spätanreise einfach und unkompliziert, der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter über Telefon gut und schnell. Die Gemeinschaftsduschen und Toiletten waren immer sauber. 1 Stern Abzug: ich hatte noch nie eine Unterkunft, wo die Anreise erst ab 17 Uhr und die Abreise bereits bis 10 Uhr erfolgen sollte. K.T.

Zum übernachten reicht es. Man ist direkt im Geschehen und schnell am Strand.

Wer keine hohen Ansprüche hat, kann dort getrost übernachten. Kein anstehen bei WC oder Dusche. Reinigung wurde vergessen, aber es wurde versprochen, das besser zu kontrollieren. Eine schöne Terrasse wo man abends noch gemütlich sitzen kann und mit anderen Gästen in Kontakt kommt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war klasse und ist zu empfehlen. Die Damen sind sehr nett und aufmerksam. Sonderwünsche werden auch erfüllt, wenn es möglich ist. Alles im allen, war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub und ich würde wieder dort hinfahren. 👍👍👍

Gute Unterkunft für kleines Budget

Zimmer war geräumig und sehr sauber. Die Gemeinschaftsduschen und Toiletten waren auch in Ordnung. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist traumhaft, ca. 5 min zum Hauptstrand und zur Seebrücke. Sellin ist immer wieder eine Reise wert. Für mich das schönste Seebad auf Rügen.
