Haus Lausitz awaits you!The comfortable apartments are located in the house Lausitz in a quiet location on the edge of the forest Granitz. In a few minutes you reach the Wilhelmstrasse, which invites you to stroll and linger. The Baltic Sea beach with the beautiful pier is only about 200m away. The bus stop is about 600m away and the Rasender Rolands train station can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. The leisure pool is about 800m away. Each apartment has a parking space on the object. A children's playground and barbecue facilities are also available. The Haus Lausitz has a separate common room with up to 40 seats, lockable and separate kitchen and toilets. The sauna is chargeable. For cyclists and hikers it is an ideal starting point for their activities. Free Wi-Fi is available in the property.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, Wir haben vom 0.8. bis 19.08. unseren Ostseeurlaub bei Ihnen in Sellin, Haus Lausitz, am Sportplatz 13 gebucht. Christina Markert, 2 Erwachsene / 2 Kinder, Objekt Nr. 2921225, Reservierung 1c3020313. Leider mussten wir feststellen, dass wir von Baustellen umgeben sind, um 7:00 morgens die ersten LKWs anfahren und die Baumaschinen laufen. Dies entspricht nicht wirklich unserer Vorstellung von Urlaub. Wir erwarten eine entsprechende Minderung der Kosten für den entgangen Erholungsurlaub. Mit besten Grüßen Christina Markert
