Villa Janus is situated in the centre of the village of Povlja on Brac, near an early christian basilica. It is a traditional Dalmatian 3-storey stone house and has been renovated and furnished to a high standard. It offers sea views from the balcony and terraces and is just 200 meters from the beach. The villa has air conditioning, WiFi and accommodates 10 people in 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. All areas of the villa are spacious and light with an open plan fully equipped kitchen/dining area and a comfortable living area with glass doors and views to the pool. The main terrace/pool area has potted plants in vibrant colours and enhances the beauty of the natural stone. There is a pergola with dining furniture, a large stone built barbecue, sun chairs and modern chill out furniture. This villa is ideal for families or groups seeking a relaxing holiday in beautiful location.
On the ground floor there is a kitchen / dining room / sitting room area with the view of the pool, 1 double bedroom with en-suite and a guest bathroom. On the two upper floors there are 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms have flat screen TV's.
Enclosed terrace with private pool (32m²), chill out furniture, stone built barbecue and pergola with dining furniture.
