The villa is set in the beautiful village of Sumartin just 260m to the beach. And spectacular views of the sea.

The villa will accomodate 8 people, perfect for 2 families to enjoy a perfect vacation.

On the ground floor there is the well equipped kitchen, living room, dining area, 3 bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms. Additional toilet.

On the upper level there is another double bedroom with ensuite bathroom.

Washing machine, air conditioning,wireless Internet,satellite TV, Hi-fi, DVD player,table tennis,safe,hair dryer, iron, ironing board, barbecue, outdoor fireplace, garden furniture,parasol, sunloungers, table tennis, chessboard, outdoor shower.

Outside there is a good size pool with sun loungers and umbrellas. Pool heating is available at no extra charge. Views to the sea and well maintained gardens.
