This property was beautiful and well maintained. The property was in a great quiet neighborhood with a community pool that included a splash pool that was perfect for my 1 yr old granddaughter since she was not a fan of the sand at the ocean. We had no issues finding a park mobile spot at the beach access points as long as we arrived by 10am.- it was only a 5 minute ride there. I reported a couple issues upon arrival that had no effect whatsoever on our stay but they were quickly addressed by Jeremy who is both kind and always available. I highly recommend this property!

Father In Law's 90th Birthday

Jeremy was perhaps the most responsive host I have ever worked with. No fuss - no muss. The house was beautiful and perfect for our stay (and our dog). The backyard was fenced in and that helped quite a bit when it comes to traveling with a dog. Clean, welcoming, spacious and a great location. Thank you.

Great House in Perfect Location

Very clean house, plenty of space and in the perfect location. Excellent quiet neighborhood with great amenities and close to OCMD, Rehoboth, Bethany, etc. We had an excellent time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely return.
