This spacious vacation rental features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen and a spaciouis living area, perfect for relaxing. Take in the salty breeze and soak up the sun from the private deck, or head down to the beach & unwind. With modern amenities and a prime location, this beach house is the perfect retreat for your next bay vacation.

This splendid residence is a haven of comfort and convenience, ideally designed to host a large family or group. The home is thoughtfully laid out over two levels, with each space meticulously crafted for comfort and style.

On the main level, guests are greeted by two generously sized bedrooms. The primary suite is a true oasis, featuring a luxurious king-sized bed and an en suite bathroom that promises privacy and relaxation. The suite is further enhanced by a spacious walk-in closet, providing ample storage for personal belongings. The second bedroom on this level is equally impressive, outfitted with two queen-sized beds, offering a comfortable and spacious sleeping arrangement.

The lower level of the home is not just about rest; it's also a hub for entertainment and relaxation. It boasts a comfortable queen sofa-bed, perfect for casual lounging. A pool table adds a fun and engaging element, ideal for evenings spent socializing. The wet bar, complete with a drink fridge, elevates the entertainment experience, making it perfect for hosting gatherings or enjoying a quiet night in. A laundry room on this level adds a practical touch, making longer stays convenient.


The upper level of the home opens up to a stunning living area, accentuated by soaring vaulted ceilings that create an airy and open ambiance. This level houses the remaining bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms are each furnished with a queen-sized bed, continuing the home's theme of elegance and comfort. The fifth bedroom is particularly appealing to younger guests or those desiring a unique sleeping arrangement, featuring a twin-over-full bunk bed. Additionally, this level includes two full bathrooms, ensuring convenience and privacy for all guests.

What sets this home apart is its prime location, just a short walk from local attractions. Within a mere 5-minute stroll, guests can explore a variety of dining and leisure options. Catch 54, Harpoon Hannah's, and Papa Grande's offer delightful dining experiences. For those with a sweet tooth, Kohr's Ice Cream and Fisher's Popcorn are nearby indulgences. Nick's Mini Golf provides a fun family outing, and all these attractions, including the serene beach, are roughly a 12-minute walk away, offering endless opportunities for entertainment and relaxation.

STARTER KIT:

We provide essential linens and a starter supply kit to help you settle in. Please note these items are not replenished during your stay.

Kitchen Kit: 1 roll paper towels, 2 small trash bags, 2 large trash bags, dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, 1 sponge, 2 dish towels.

Full Bathroom Kit: 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, and travel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, bar soap.

Linens & Towels: Beds are made with sheets, pillowcases, shams, and a comforter. We provide sheets for sofa beds that are left in the room with the couch, but not for trundles/rollaway beds. Each guest receives 1 towel set (large bath, hand, washcloth). The unit is equipped with a washer and dryer for guest use should you wish to refresh towels or linens during your stay.

If you need to have a package delivered during your stay please note that our delivery pick up window is Monday-Friday 9am-5pm at our main office. Please reach out to obtain the address that the package would be delivered to. Please note Oceans Edge Vacations is not responsible for packages that are not shipped directly to our office.

If you would like to inquire about requesting an early check-in, please note that all early check-in requests are based upon availability. Request are only reviewed 24 hours prior to your check-in date. There is an additional fee of $75 if we can accommodate this request for you.

Our calendars do tend to full up rather quickly. If you see a spot open feel free to instantly book.

This is a non-smoking unit. Oceans Edge Vacation Rentals charges a $1000 fine for smoking in the unit.

Due to the high volume of turnovers and to provide the latest check out possible, cleaners may be completing cleanings until 6PM.

Trust & Safety: By booking a stay with us you give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to verify my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation.
