Great spot

Excellent property with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Clean. Location within resort is fantastic. Resort has everything you need- we used the gym, pools, went to 38 degrees for dinner, walked to ice cream. The only recommendation is the bed of the master- it squeaks and is very hard. Overall, great stay!

Amazing family vacation. The house is in a great location. Close walking distance to pool which was a huge plus with 2 little ones. House was clean and very welcoming. Great layout for our week with friends and family. Look forward to booking again next summer!!!

Amazing Place to Vacay and Relax!

From the moment we walked into our vacation home we felt relaxed and at home. The owners left us our favorite beverages on ice and snacks for the family on the counter! The home is in an amazing development and very clean and personable. Super close to the beaches. We especially loved Fenwick Island Beaches the most. The house was impeccably cleaned and stocked with all the amenities to make this a simple vacation. The beds were super comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and big. Our family relaxed every even on the front deck and had snacks and cocktails to the sounds of the bands playing nearby. The house is close to all of the restaurants and the fun spots to explore. We ate on the grounds one night, fished daily and even kayaked for the win! We can't say enough wonderfulness about the house and the neighborhood. There is no doubt we will be back and highly recommend this home to anyone thinking about it!

Love this place!! This was our second year here. The location of this townhouse is so close to the pool as well as the entrance to the community. Short drive to the beach (about 10-15 minutes). Will most definitely be back again

Our extended family does a get away every summer and this is the best place we’ve stayed in. Location to everything is perfect, resort amenities are amazing (especially with little kids), check in and out process was a breeze and the house was PERFECT. Will definitely be staying here again

Family Vacation

Joanne’s home was very clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The community that the house is located in was family friendly with many amenities and fun activities for both children and adults. We made use of the pool, recreational center, gym, restaurants etc. All were fantastic and most within walking distance! Joanne was easy to communicate with, kind, and accommodating. This vacation and home exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again for a future getaway!

Beautiful vacation property

I traveled with family that ranged in age from children to adults. I can say that everyone had a fantastic trip. Joanne (the owner) was easy to contact and answered all my questions before and during the trip. The house itself was beautiful and clean but the host added extra amenities that made it even better. You really felt like you were staying at a hotel. The location is perfect if you are going to the pool and if you want to use the gym it is only a short ride away. Our favorite part of the trip was taking the short drive to the Point where we were able to crab, kayak and paddle board. (with the activity pass) I would recommend this house to anyone.

Perfect getaway for adults and kids. Great location! A lot to do right in the community, right in the house and still only a short drive to beaches/beach towns. House was as described...big and lovely! Music venue right on site if interested. Owner was easy to reach and answered all questions. We will Definitely go back!

Perfect Spot

Bayside is an amazing place. We loved the pool and all the amenities (and there were many!) The shuttle to the beach was fantastic, so convenient and easy. The townhouse was beautiful! It was spacious, clean and well stocked. It was perfect for us. Communication with the owners was exceptional. They were kind and quick to respond to any question or issue.

Fabulous home and location

We had a great time here with our two kids. We have stayed in Selbyville several times before, but this was our first time in this community. The amenities were awesome - pool, splash pad, tennis, fishing, playground - perfect for our family. The beach is a short drive away which was great for getting back and forth. The house is fully stocked, clean, and the hosts are very kind and communicative! Would love to come back next year.

Bayside resort vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on this property. It was clean and well appointed and well equipped. We used every part of the home but our favorite was the front porches. The close location of the pool and gym was fantastic. We rented bicycles and the paths throughout the neighborhood were fabulous. We also took advantage of biking to the concerts held in the evening. And lastly, our grandchildren were thrilled to have an ice cream parlor within in biking distance.
