This place was great except that the internet was out due to renovations, which I needed in order to check in with family and to use my Netflix/Amazon entertainment accounts for the night. This is the first time I've had to suffer through cable TV ads in over 20 years. haha However, the owner did give me directions to the local library where I could access the wifi and keep family updated on my ETA.

Clean, sense of privacy, friendly staff, beautiful area.

No frills but clean and quiet right on the water. I had to check in late and all i did was call and they cane to office to meet me.

It was there and humble in its appearance and amenities. We had no idea that, at this time of year, there is NOWHERE to get a meal. We had to drive to Forks (a 35 minute drive, at night, in rain) and home for dinner after hiking Cape Flattery that day. The next morning for breakfast, we went to La Push to the Riversedge Restaurant, part of the Quillyote reservation, which was great.

Check-in lady was not the friendliest, sort of acted like I was a burden but other than that I enjoyed my stay.

Lovely. Would stay again. There should not be a requirement of how.many words or letters I use in my review.

Arrived at check in time, office closed with number to call. Two of our 3 cell phones couldn't get service, fortunately, the third did, and owner was over promptly. Got the impression that owner didn't really want to be dealing with customers. We were going to neah, and asked about restaurants. Owner said they were all closed for the winter. Went there anyway and multiple restaurants were open. Room was a challenge to keep warm, especially the bathroom. We were on the ground floor, you could hear every footstep from the floor above.

I was amazed to get a room for 5 people at the price. It is right on the water and we saw a bunch of bald eagles on the beach in the morning. I really appreciated the full kitchen and the fact that we couldn't hear our neighbors. Only complaint is that we ran out of hot water after 1.5 showers in the morning.

We chose this spot on the Peninsula to spend several nights because it is 'midway' between several potential destinations of interest along the west coast and north coasts of the Peninsula and inland and it was inexpensive. It was more-or-less a random choice, but I'd do it again because the staff are all nice and accommodating, the rooms are adequate (not large, in keeping with the price) and the staff are all very nice and also accommodating. I wanted to change the room type the day of my arrival, but it would have required switching someone already booked. They picked up the phone and called the other guest ask to discuss. (The other guest agreed, it so happens, but that's not the point.) The rooms are small, but with the kitchenette (microwave, 2-burner electric stove top, coffee maker, toaster, sink and stocked dish cabinet) you can save a bundle on meals. (If you do go out, pay a visit to the Breakwater Inn about a mile away.)

Clean, quiet and comfortable room. We've stayed at a few places in Sekiu and this has by far been the best.
