We stayed here as a family for one night stop. The hotel is good, with a private parking that lead directly to the lobby. Check in was fast, but don’t expect someone to help you with the bags. We had a sleeping child with us and we had to drag our bags all the way to our rooms. The room itself was nice spacious with one bed and one sofa bed that was already prepared. The toilet was separated from the shower. It would have been good if we found food in the hotel as we arrived at 10 PM. Only the bar was open. And the whole area around the hotel was closed. The breakfast was basic but enough with everything you need to start the day. Nice staff and fast service. We will stay again for sure if we passed in the region.
The Bathroom and the toilet are separate and the toilet space is very small. Though the bathroom was spacious, the bathing cubical is very small and the big made people will find that very difficult, which can be addressed. The rooms are neat and spacious.
The hotel is clean, comfortable, modern and the staff are friendly. It's 20mins on the train to the centre of Paris, and 20mins the other way to Disneyland. The station is a 2min walk right in front of the hotel. The rooms are much larger than an equivalent in the city centre, so I think a 20min journey is a good trade-off. The area is quiet at night, and a huge shopping mall for browsing during the day, but let's face it, you're not going to stay here for that. I would come back to this hotel if I was visiting Paris.
...but not what I would call a four star hotel. We have stayed in hundreds of hotels in the last few years big and small. This hotel is fine for overnight but I think a little overpriced for the appearance of the rooms. The positives: clean property and room, good water pressure in sink and shower, friendly and accommodating reception staff, comfortable bed, a/c works but not up the cooling of a/c in USA hotel, good room lighting, walking distance to restaurants at nearby shopping center, secure bicycle storage if you're traveling by bicycle. The negatives: breakfast Staff is extremely rude to the point they push the guests out of their way as they perform their duties with one young black girl with purple hair almost knocking me down(and do any of them know how to smile?, especially the nasty looking black man who checks you into breakfast, lighting is so dim in the breakfast area you feel like falling asleep, rooms are a little beat up with rumpled and stained carpeting, chips in the walls, baseboards looking like they never finished painting them. Bottom line- OK for one night but overpriced especially 16 Euros for a mediocre breakfast.
Not good tonight guys...... 1 hour 10 and only had a starter... waiters offering free wine as peace offering so not all bad but could actually do with some food now! I was beginning to take it personally but all in same camp re service .... very poor guys. Sorry to say but expect better
I stayed with my family on a short trip to Paris. Our family room was excellent value and the hotel is very close to the RER for fast travel in/out of the city and to autoroutes for driving to the hotel (parking is available in the hotel basement). Although the building is starting to show its age, at the time I was staying, renovations were underway and our room was modern, spacious and comfortable.
This is the third times we stayed in this hotel. Good hotel. Nice room and the airconditing is cold. Perfect location because close to bus trein station, shopping centre and supermarkt. The room is big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. If you go out from the hotel and go walk to the right and cross over the bridge from the high way you can find KFC or buffalo grill or Leon. We stayed mostly for 4 nights.
Arrived at 2am after ferry crossing so was extremely tired. Amir on the front desk was so welcoming and helpful at check in. The room was a decent size with a great shower. The sofa bed was already set up for my 9 year old. Had a very comfy nights sleep. The breakfast was decent. A variety was offered including hot breakfast, cereals, fruit, croissants etc. The standard continental. It wa Avery busy at breakfast time but Jean-David and his team were a wonder to watch. As soon as a tab,e was finished with it was instantly cleaned and ready for the next. Again very welcoming and efficient staff. Thank you! This hotel will be even nicer once the refurb is complete.
The rooms are superb for a family with kids.but you need to know that the hotel is 20 minutes away (with TGV) to arrive to disney land paris.the greatest thing is the mall at the back of the hotel you can go eat but i will not tell to shop there because you need to go to Val d'Europe(the amazing outlet and mall). The rooms are clean and the breakfast is good.
We have decided to stay in the hotel so we can travel both to Paris center and to Disneyland Paris easily by public transport. The Hotel is located above a shopping mall and a RER public transport station - 15 minutes by RER to Disneyland Paris and 40 minutes to Paris city center. The room price was fair and so was breakfast. The negative side was that the hotel is located in what used to be a new housing suberb - but nowadays, most of the people who loiter the streets in the area are of low income - and returning at night to the hotel on public transport was an uneasy experience. The rooms are small and there is VERY little storage space for cloths. We were shown three rooms - all rooms had one closet for hanging cloths, and a small shelf (half of which is occupied by the safe deposit box). This might be sufficient for a business person on a one night stay - but for a couple or for a family with a kid who stay there for three nights, it literally means living out of the suitcases !!! The interior design of the rooms is strange - the bathroom door for an example... when you swing it close, the latch bolt touches the light switch , and the light in the bathroom switches off (... and you are inside - in the dark..) Further more, following previous experiences , we called the hotel in advance to ask if the reasonable price was due to construction or any problem. We were assured no construction is going on at the hotel. Surprisngly enough, the whole public area of the hotel lobby was blocked by construction - and breakfast was served in an open area on the first floor (that would serve as a hall on regular days....). I would have liked to be able to come to a decission wether to stay or not in a hotel based on full information.... I am sorry, but I will not recommed this hotel to my friends.
