The apartment comprises a living room with a non-convertible sofa, a dining table, a TV and a sliding glass window opening onto a 5.77m² balcony (south-facing), with an unobstructed view over the green spaces.

Sécurisé et praticité

L'appartement est optimisé et possède le nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances. Bien placé dans une résidence sécurisée, à environ 10 min à pied du coeur de seignosse. Parking voiture + vélo Accès directe à une plage non surveillée entre 2 grandes plages qui le sont (Bourdaine et Penon) Proche du parc aquatique Atlantic Park. Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances ! Merci à l'équipe ORPI DUFAU pour l'accueil !
