Our villa of 60m2 freshly renovated by us can accommodate up to 8 people. It consists of 2 bedrooms: 1st with double bed.
2nd with loft bed 4pers
+ mezzanine (double bed).

Our house is located 5 minutes walk from the beach bourdaines. Everything can be done on foot or by bike. Bike paths throughout the region.
The shops and restaurants of Penon and Hossegor center or the central are 10 min.
Ideally located between beaches, golf courses (Seignosse and Hossegor), Lake Hossegor to go for a drink and eat the delicious oysters and the authentic rendezvous of the central

Our house is ideal for holidays with family and friends. Change of scenery guaranteed, quiet and in the heart of the pine forest. Our house is brand new and fully equipped. New kitchen and fully equipped (oven, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, dishwasher), washing machine with clothes rack, TV and internet and small barbecue.

Extremely quiet area in the heart of the pine forest with all amenities nearby. Ideally located to visit all the Landes and Basque country (Bayonne, Biarritz 30-40min, saint jean de luz 45 min, Spain 1h)

Le logement est bien situé et nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse conforme aux photos. Il manque néanmoins quelques précisions sur l’annonce : la maison est mitoyenne beaucoup de bruit pour nous sur la 2eme semaine a prendre en compte si vous cherchez des vacances tranquilles. 2 vraies chambres indépendantes et 1 lit sur la mezzanine qui donne directement sur le salon. Le salon est très petit. Au dessus de 4/5 personnes ça semble compliqué. Heureusement le temps était au rendez vous !

Séjour agréable

Nous avons séjourné en famille durant 3 semaines en août 2021. La maison mitoyenne est située aux bourdaines. L'emplacement de la maison est idéal pour aller à pied à la plage des bourdaines et au penon. L'endroit est calme et se situe dans une résidence de maisons mitoyennes. Les chambres sont agréables dont une chambre difficile d'accès pour les enfants car l'escalier est pentu. La maison est convenable pour 6 personnes mais pas plus car le séjour est petit. L'extérieur permet de recevoir 12 personnes, ce qui permet de faire d'agréables apéros/repas en famille lorsqu'il fait beau.
