This single story 7 bedroom, 4 bath home is one of the largest and most popular around! At 5500 sq, it's perfect for large or small groups. The 2+ acre yard sports a park on canal frontage. Property sleeps 30 people, great for family reunions, church retreats and small family getaways. New for 2025 is a regulation size pickleball court. Features private swimming pool, basketball, volleyball, canoe, free RV hookups & pool table. The kitchen accommodates 4 dining room tables. 25 car parking. Pet fee $95. River is currently low as they work on the dam. We added a beach area, see pictures, with chairs, canoes and lounge chairs. Pool closes November 15th and reopens March 8th.

Area activities include Schlitterbahn, Sea World, ZDT, Fiesta Texas, San Marcos Outlet Mall, San Antonio Riverwalk, San Antonio zoo and the Alamo.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 4 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 7 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fireplace.

There were several issues. We advised the host of the dishwasher(sewer smell) and the refrigerator that did not cool. I don’t know if your company stresses cleanliness or not. Our last two stays we found the kitchens in need of cleaning and organizing. Both houses seemed to have been given light cleaning.

Randy’s house was as advertised. A sprawling property with tons of amenities like a sports court, pool, cornhole boards, pool table, and more! The house was equipped with everything we needed - the towels and bedding were comfortable too. The water was really low, so we didn’t swim in the river, so it was really nice to have a pool to cool off in.

Another great stay!

This was a perfect property for our extended family! We had 17 people and it worked perfect for us. Kids enjoyed the outside areas and a great kitchen/dining area for everyone to hang out together. Enjoyed it so much we booked it again for next year!

Stayed here for a family reunion--all 26 of us, from 5 mos. to 68. Plenty of room to spread out, and lots of activities to keep kiddos occupied. The house is older, has been renovated over the years, and shows its age a bit in some areas. But there was very little evidence of insect issues, so cleanliness is maintained well. We had some issues with the refrigerators, but the owner responded immediately. It ultimately did not impact our stay at all. We saw wildlife including deer, foxes, and skunks. Once the dam repairs are completed, and the water level rises back up (projected October of 2025), this place will be a showstopper!

Sooo Much To Do! Five Stars is not Enough!

If you have an active group / family, you will NOT find a better place to vacation! We played volleyball, pickleball, basketball, fished, canoed and swam. We made smores in the firepit, played cards and dominoes inside at the amazing tables that had plenty of room for our 18 person group and the patio tables that could host more people that I could count! And the patio and yard lite up at night was a favorite of mine. There are two spacious living areas, one with a pool table that ended up being a favorite when we needed to cool down. There were two refrigerators, so we used one for food and one for drinks. Worked perfect for us. There was so much land around, we never felt like there were neighbors watching us. The home was very clean and the Kitchen had room for all the cooks to help!

The accommodations fit our needs perfectly. We had travelers from all corners of Texas and this home was centrally located. Very spacious for our group. So much room!

Truly exceeded all our expectations. Plenty of room for our family aging from six years to 75! More beds than we really needed, but gave us great options to choose from.Stocked with plenty of supplies, like towels, toilet paper, dishes, utensils, and cooking pans. When we told Randy there were no hairdryers on the property, he immediately went and supplied us with enough for each bathroom. He made sure everything was working well and checked on us to see if there was anything else we needed. Wonderful host! Hope to return again next fall.
