The house was extremely clean and ready for my guests and I when we arrived at the check in time. There were some leaves stuck to the drains in the bottom of the pool but it did not impact any use of the pool. Anyone coming to this property, I'd recommend buying additional cleaning and toiletry products as the house came stock with some but my group completely used the products in the first day or so. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone as my group and I had so much fun using all the amenities and will definitely be coming back in the future.

Check in was not as easy as we had hoped since there were no trash bags available in the house, the outdoor cans were full to overflowing, and the property hosts did not respond to our emails and texts until the next day.

Perfect retreat venue!

Gorgeous property! Exactly as described. Plenty of space for large groups or families. We used every bed! The kitchen is very spacious and functional. If you plan to cook, ask the owner to check the burners, they did not all work, but we made it work cooking for 24 people. We didn't use the pool or hot tub, but they are beautiful! Plenty of parking, quiet neighborhood, we really enjoyed this property.

Fantastic long weekend away

This house was great for me and my 19 friends. We stayed Thursday to Sunday and had a very fun and comfortable stay. The outside area is very spacious, plenty of seating and really nice views of Lake Placid. Inside is an open design that makes the dining/kitchen/living very roomy. There is also a game room inside that opens up to the patio which means its easy for different groups to be doing different activities. There were plenty of beds for everyone and we all had a really good time. The property manager reached out before we arrived and offered any assistance should we need it. Fortunately we did not as everything was beyond our expectations. Would definitely look to stay again.

Family Getaway

A great week!!

Over all the stay was great. The place is amazing. Loved the patio. We sat outside everyday. The pool was great. Had a great time. Only recommendation is that the grill really needs cleaning.

Beautiful property. Exactly as described. Comfortable beds and lounging. Plenty of games. We did not use the jacuzzi, only pool and kayaks. Plenty of supplies and towels. Everything in the house was clean. However, the outside area was not clean.

Amazing week at Lake Placid

The property was perfect for our family get together. Great location and plenty of things to do. Or you can just sit on the porch and relax. Highly recommend. Great owners and property manager. Answered any question we had very promptly.

Amazing, roomy, and updated

This property and location for the price was outstanding. Everyone’s rooms were very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to make meals. The living room couch easily accommodated all of us. It is only a short walk to the Creekside gondola. The highlight of our days included relaxing in the hot tub after skiing all day. Communication with Outpost was phenomenal. The snow plower even found a friends passport that got lost on the ground. Outpost promptly reached out and returned it to us. Our friend did not even realize she lost it. We think of how terrible it could’ve been trying to get home without the detail and attention from Outpost to make sure it was returned safely. Thank you so much! We can’t recommend the house and Outpost enough!

Great place for large group, but not perfect

Our multigenerational group of 14 people overall enjoyed our stay here. We did have some issues, which the property manager was not very helpful with during our stay. I emailed the owner after, and they responded quickly that they would address our concerns.

Birthday for 90-yr old

Very peaceful and tranquil. Very quiet. Well-appointed and comfortable. Ground floor access to main common area and 3 of the bedrooms was a plus for this older group. Loved the view of the river. Outdoor spaces were great.
