West Sedona: Hot tub, Newly Remodeled!

Great views of Coffee pot, Thunder Mnt, etc. that is centrally located in West Sedona. You can walk to restaurants and shops that are 2 minutes away. A mile walk away from sugar loaf trail head. The house is open and spacious with beautiful light feel to the space. The beautiful sun shining into the living room space is wonderful.

This house has great entertaining spaces for your group while you come to relax and enjoy what the red mountains have to offer. The house is on a hidden side street off 89a and is very quiet. When you pull up the hill to where the house over looks some of west sedona and to the surrounding mountains. The downstairs in not includes in the airbnb and is private, we ask that you please not disturb. Ask us about renting both units together!

The whole top half of the house and deck is all space for your use. Anything past the deck gate & side gate is not apart of the airbnb rental and the garage is not for the airbnb use. There are no shared spaces, all of your spaces are private and only for you.

Ask about renting out the downstairs unit also. It is a separate and private Airbnb unit.

We are friendly and are always available with calls and texts. Please let us know if there are issues so that we can fix them for you. We care about your stay and can only fix things we are alerted to.

Our home is walking distance to bashes market, pizza /Italian food, Chocolatree, natural grocers, and several other restaurants and shops. It’s a 5 minute drive to uptown and a 5 minute drive to dry creek.

Using a car is fine in Sedona to get to where you want to go but it does get packed at trail heads and shops so if you can ride a bicycle or walk it’s close by.

This property is large with lots of parking, outdoor space and surrounding mountain views. There is a small RV on the property that is tucked away and not in view of the main house front patio. Our friends, a couple of local biking guides, live in their rv on the property for the winter months. Please respect their privacy. They are super friendly and Amazing people. The cleaning fee that is charged is for a normal cleaning which includes: cleaning and changing linens, sweeping light messes and mopping, cleaning normal use of toilet, bathrooms, kitchen, and living spaces. And sanitizing the house after a stay.

You are responsible for doing your dishes, cleaning up any excessive dirty areas, any excessive linen usage are to be cleaned up by you.

Our cleaning service will charge extra if there is excessive cleaning to be done and that extra charge will be charged to you. Linens that are ruined due to staining will be charged for. Linens are not to be used for mopping floors, cleaning bikes or cars, and heavy makeup removal. Normal use of lines is expected. Thanks!
