The unit was perfect for our "girl trip." Very clean, wonderful amenities, close to shops and restaurants. Host always responded immediately to any questions we had. HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, relaxing place to stay in Sedona.

Great but

House was in a great location. All the instructions were easy to manage. We had issues with the wifi - successfully logged on Friday evening but never had access from Saturday on.This morning, around 8:00 am, doorbell rang - a policeman, rudely, shouted orders about picking up garbage on street and in driveway threatening a fine. We did not put any garbage out. Apparently javelinas had been rampaging and dragged stuff to #2.Screen door downstairs off living room derailed and slats of window treatment upstairs in single bedroom fell off when that guest pulled the screen.One more thing - maybe you have the heat set so guests cannot adjust? It was chilly at night! Other than those items, your home is in a great location, very comfortable and we loved Sedona! The wifi can be fixed! Don’t know about the javelinas but the officer’s rudeness made a bad impression. Thank you for your gracious hosting.

Perfect location

This was our first time in Sedona and we couldn’t have picked a better location! It is perfect walking distance to shops and food. The views are great on the back porch as well.

Girl's trip

This was a great place for a girls trip. The bedroom arrangement was perfect for the 4 of us. The unit was clean, easy check-in and out. The condo is located in a quiet well maintained neighborhood and close enough to walk to town for shopping or dinner. I would recommend this rental if you are planning a trip to Sedona.
