Are you looking for sun?!! Sedona is home to the most sunny days in the US. This is a single level home (certified ADA compliant) with no steps 3br/2ba with a 2 car garage. If you need steps, this home is walking distance to the trailheads and mountains that you see in these pictures. It's nice and cool in the winter, feeling more like a fall in the Midwest. You'll enjoy the outdoors for hiking and biking and indoors for wine tasting and art galleries! The home is in a quiet bedroom community within West Sedona, so you won't have to go through the hustle of touristy downtown Sedona to get to it, but you are still only 8 minute drive from it! Hopefully, you can get there during the day and it’s very simple to find. At night, there are no city lights in the neighborhood due to Sedona’s well earned “Dark Sky Designation” so many lights are dim and not on at all. The purpose for this is for star gazing. Trust me, you’ll appreciate that point from our patio! When you walk in, there is a master to your left with a king bed with the Westin Heavenly mattress for the epitome of comfort, a large ensuite bathroom as well as a walk in closet. To your right will be the living room and dining room. The kitchen will be to the right. Down the hall, are 2 more bedrooms with a bathroom. One bedroom has an additional king and the 3rd bedroom has TWO trundle beds. They all have brand new mattresses and the Restoration Hardware Trundle Bed has a high end Purple Mattress that is the most comfortable bed in the house! There’s also a spotless 2 car garage for your vehicles and mountain bikes. You can access the home with myQ garage access or the front door code.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker. Housekeeping is available on request.

The property exceeded my expectations. The photos don’t do it justice. The house is very spacious and well equipped with amazing views. I would recommend the house to anyone visiting Sedona. Although we didn’t travel with pets, it would easily accommodate a dog or two. The house is also perfect for individuals with mobility issues. Nicely located in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything. 10 out of 10!

Wonderful house in an incredible location. This was the best prepared/stocked VRBO we’ve stayed in, with everything from cooking equipment and supplies to books, puzzles, and games for the kids. Extremely kid friendly. The house was modern and spacious, with a nice back deck for grilling. The location was inspiring, with great views of thunder mountain and sugarloaf. It’s only a block away from the sugarloaf trailhead, which made a great hike for the kids. It’s in a quiet neighborhood where we saw families walking around every morning, but still only a couple blocks away from grocery stores and restaurants. Hosts were very responsive and friendly. Would happily stay here again and highly recommend.

What an amazing home! It had everything we needed for our stay during the Thanksgiving holiday. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood with amazing views. Close to hiking, stores and attractions. I would highly recommend this home for a vacation and relaxing stay.

Great home in Sedona

Our family really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. The home is located close to hiking trails, restaurants and shops. Fantastic Home and Dog Friendly

This is a beautiful home in a great location! Probably the cleanest rental property I’ve stayed at. You can tell that mthis home is well cared for. Super comfortable beds and good living and outdoor spaces. We loved the fenced in yard and the views from the house are incredible. There’s a very short walk to trailheads. Everyone made it to the top of Sugarloaf, even the dog and the toddler! Such accommodating hosts. We’d definitely stay there again!

Fantastic location in Sedona

Our family of 6 adults had an amazing time staying in this house, we could ask for nothing more. The house is spacious, comfortable, well-equipped and clean, within a quiet residential neighborhood, a 5-minute drive (or walk) to restaurants and grocery stores and 10-minute drive to "Uptown Sedona" which is really crowded and touristy, so you don't want to stay there. We cooked most of our meals at home and ate on the patio overlooking a stunning red-rock view. Literally steps from the front door of the house you can enter some of the best hiking trails in Sedona. Within a half-hour drive of the house you have all the best hiking spots in Sedona. Even walking around the neighborhood streets (West Sedona) is beautiful and very safe. The owners were extremely responsive to our questions and supplied us with great recommendations. We would definitely recommend this house to any group or family looking for a quiet retreat in Sedona.

Tranquil Red Rock Vistas

A spacious, centrally located, beautifully maintained home with lovely red rock views from every window! Well stocked with all the basic necessities, but also with extra conveniences. The house is only a short walk or an even shorter drive to shopping. A more than comfortable base from which to explore Sedona. Hiking trails are minutes away by foot. Owners were friendly, helpful, and communication was easy. We highly recommend this home for your stay in Sedona!

Superb accommodation

A group of us stayed at here as a home base for a mountain biking trip. House is located in a quiet neighborhood close to some of the trail heads, has a nice kitchen, comfortable rooms, and has a wonderful patio that overlooks the mountains in north Sedona. We cooked most all of our meals in, and ate out on the scenic patio. Nice garage to work on our bicycles. Owner is great and checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was going well. Highly recommended.

Enjoyed our stay in this house. Has everything you need. Incredible views from the front and back. The only unfortunate thing that happened was that the internet router was went on the blink and could not be fixed while we were there. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay.

The property is in a great location. Not too far from downtown, but far away enough from the crowds. The views from the house/property were awesome. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

We stayed here for the weekend of our wedding. The place was perfect. Lots of room in the house, especially for the girls getting ready for the wedding. They have everything we could ever need for cooking and hanging out. The views were amazing. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. We will definitely stay again when we are in town. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your home. We really appreciated everything.
