This home is impeccable. The views are absolutely beautiful! It has everything you need and then some. The location is very convenient to walking into town. We will stay here again. The only downside is the 100/hour charge if you want to have a late checkout.

Great location, very clean and well-amenitized home with stunning views. Cons: Fireplace not allowed to be used during summer months despite cool evenings. Shower downstairs only had cold water. Hot tub regulated to only get up to 98 degrees max, and water not clean. Downstairs AC so noise, we could not sleep.

Luxury Retreat

We stayed here for our 25th anniversary trip to Sedona, and the home was fabulous! The accommodations were sparkling clean, and well-appointed. The master bed was very comfortable, and there are motion-sensing night lights that light your path in the dark. Very nice appliances, as well as, artfully decorated! Then there is the view, which is just unmatched as you walk into the kitchen/living room space. The location is very nice, up and away from the shopping area, but close enough to easily walk and get to restaurants and shopping. We would definitely come back with a stay with friends or family to enjoy all this space has to offer!

Perfect girls trip home!

Literally looked at 20 properties for our trip and this was last one we found and was immediate yes. Looks as amazing as advertised. Stunning view from family room and deck/hot tub. Well appointed and decorated. Never more than a 5-15 min drive to shops, restaurants, hikes, etc. Highly recommend. Would stay again.

Amazing Getaway!

It's like having your own resort to yourself at this beautiful home! The views are incredible from the balcony and inside the home. We had some sunny weather and snow during our stay, the living room fire pit with couches facing the mountains are a great relaxing day in for the colder weather. The hot tub on the balcony was amazing for the cold nights. The property is private and quiet, walking distance to Uptown Sedona shops and Tlaquepaque. We brought our pup with us, she enjoyed it too! Keep your fur babies in sight at all times - we did come across wildlife on and near the property (javelina and coyotes), but they were not a bother. The hosts were great on providing recommendations with their book inside the home, with typed-out directions around the house - which is helpful for certain things (dishes, fire pit, TV, hot tub). We are looking forward to booking this property again later this year and next! Thank you, Hy View Jacob House!! Your home is stunning!!

Worst stay ever

The host wouldn't give us the address until 24 hours AFTER we were supposed to check in. There isn't 4.7 acres. More like 0.47 acres. Very much false advertisement on that. The hot tub was so disgusting it has chunks, and a foul odor! The tub company came out halfway through our stay and aslo agreed it was so bad they had to drain it and scrub it out. Even after the tub ckeaners left there was still a scum line stuck to the sides. When the tub cleaners left they didn't lock the doors.The towels smelled of urine that we had to wash them all again. The only nice thing about this place was the location and views.oblyourselves.

Get girls getaway!

We LOVED our stay! The rental was thoughtfully arranged, provided all needed amenities and the views were breathtaking. The neighborhood was peaceful, quiet, and provided easy access to trails and hilly walks. The place was recommended by a friend and I would continue to highly recommend this place to others in the future!

Sedona surprise

Got lucky enough to reserve this place for last second surprise trip for my girlfriend. Turns out I'm loving Sedona as well! This place is the vibe. It really rounds out the trip and really made the trip what it was. Instead of jumping into tourist traps, we were able to Get out and hike, chill at the house and be super comfortable, cook amazing meals, and taking the experience without distractions of feeling like tourists. Conveniently close to everything but totally your private place to take it all in.

Absolutely Beautiful!!

This home met all of our needs as three sisters celebrated a birthday in beautiful Sedona! In terms of cleanliness, immaculate! Kitchen well appointed although we didn't actually cook any meals there. The bedrooms were all spacious, the bathrooms so pretty, and a huge supply of nice soft towels! All beds very comfortable. Loved the phone charfers on bedside tables...We totally enjoyed the hot tub on the outside deck. We were able to easily walk into Uptown Sedona from the home... Okay, saving the best for last..... the views from the family room/ kitchen..... they take your breath away! I was afraid that the website pictures were doctored, they aren't ! I would stay here again when I return with my husband, even if it's just the two of us!!!

Excellent Stay in Sedona

Really enjoyed staying at Hy View House Jacob. The location was extremely convenient for everything in town, the check in/out process was smooth, the house was very clean, and the views were stunning. Would stay again.
