Very Good, but hated the paperwork
It was really a turnoff to have to get and electronically sign agreements and waivers before confirming the stay. In addition, I was turned off by the 100/hr offer "early" check in with the later than usual 4pm check in. We arrived earlier than expected and drove to the property and saw it was already cleaned and ready. When I called and asked about early check in, they did offer 3pm check in or pay 100/hr for earlier. As we were there 3 hrs early, we opted to sit in the car until 3pm rather than enjoy the property which had been empty and already cleaned. In addition, the IR stove was really slow in boiling water. As my wife and I are tea drinkers, it took about 10 min to get boiling water. They could really use an electric kettle.We also found the bed very comfortable, but the pillows not so much. I wish there had been a mix of firm and soft.
