A newly refurbished Sedona cottage that embraces the original rustic red rock style from the 1940's. There are two bedrooms that are newly decorated comfortably for our guests. The updated bathroom has a full tiled shower and beautiful cabinets. The remodeled kitchen is fully stocked for the convenience of cooking meals. There is a large great room with plenty of space for relaxation. There is Wifi and a flat screen TV for your pleasure. Outdoor space has three patios for relaxing and barbequeing. The cottage is located one street from Historic Uptown Sedona. Dining, shopping, wine tasting, entertainment, tours, and Oak Creek Canyon are all within steps. Biking and hiking trails are abundant in the Uptown Sedona area. This location has spectacular views that are breathtaking. There is no need to drive a car because everything you'll need to enjoy beautiful Sedona is within walking distance.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

Location was excellent -- a very short walk (1 block) to the Uptown shops and eateries. Though it was right smack dab in Uptown Sedona, the views were magnificent and private outdoor spaces felt cozy and secluded. The property was clean, nicely decorated and fully stocked with necessities for kitchen, bath, and bedrooms. I highly recommend a stay at this property.

The location was prime. It is a small corner lot, but traffic was lite in early October. The LR & DR furniture is adequate. The beds are comfortable with very soft linens. The bathroom is large with a nice shower that could use more shelving and a bench. The kitchen has plenty of dishes, glassware, and utensils. There are only lids for the two small sauce pans, none for the skillets. There are no spices or cooking oil.

Absolutely perfect home base for an amazing vacation. The house is decorated to go with region. The Peach Tree Inn was Magical

My son and I came to Sedona to celebrate his college graduation and the Peach Tree Inn was the perfect place for this trip. The property was immaculate and located in the perfect location! This was the second time we have stayed at this house. The house is in the best location to Uptown. We walked to many restaurants and shops from here. The house is very clean and comfortable.
