Family getaway

We liked the property a lot. Excellent location, quiet neighborhood, plenty of room for our family group of 10. The kitchen is large and well stocked with pots, pans, appliances, etc. We enjoyed the hot top after long hikes, especially at sunset. The pool table and other games were well used. The owner was responsive when a few issues occurred when we checked in. While there are 6 sleeping spaces, we were surprised that access to the downstairs bedrooms is by way of a stairway inside the master bedroom. Also, there are very few lights, especially in the living/dining room--which are large spaces. When we inquired about these, the owner picked up some floor lamps and a temporary curtain for the master bedroom. The large downstairs bedroom has ample room but again insufficient lighting. Overall we recommend this house despite these quirks which the owner tried to remedy. Sedona is a glorious place to visit.

Great property and location!

We had a great stay at this property. We loved the ground floor game room areas. We had an extended family of 14 with ages 11-70s. The only areas of concern were that the master bedroom contained the stairs that everyone had to use to go to the downstairs bedrooms so there was a lot of traffic through the main bedroom. And once you went into the downstairs area, you were right in another bedroom which was also the game room. Overall it was a great property, just wish that some of the bedrooms had more privacy.

Something for everyone

Thank you for sharing this home. We had 16 guests ranging from infant to 70 year old and there was something and space for everyone to be together and find their own space. Lots of amenities to enjoy and about 20ish minutes to any Sedona spot.

Perfect Location for Girls Trip

We loved this location from the moment we arrived! One of the property managers was here to help us with the check in process and show us around the property, which was very helpful. The home is HUGE and the perfect place for our large group of 7 adults. The windows are big, so there is plenty of natural light and spectacular views. The location is a very short drive from both the local trails and the main parts of Sedona. One of the best features by far is how responsive the property managers are when issues arise. We had an issue with the hot tub, and they responded within the hour. If you are looking for a 5 star stay in Sedona, then look no further!

Anniversary trip with whole family

We are a family of 13, 8 adults and 5 children. The property was large and well located. We put the kids downstairs where they could play games and make plenty of noise without bothering the adults. There were lots of activites in the house for all ages. One area of improvement would be lighting in the dinning area.

Beautiful well appointed house

Went with friends for a quick trip to relax and hike. The house was large, clean, nicely decorated and centrally located. Owners were very responsive when the lock box was not self explanatory and you can tell they were very thoughtful in how they set up and stocked the house. When I return to Sedona with my family, I would definitely look for this house again. Highly recommended.
