House was amazing. Beautiful views. Major hot water issues…. They tried to resolve but was unable to take a hot shower or keep the water hot for longer then about 3 min….
The house has amazing views. Well stocked for cooking at home away from home. Short drives to uptown Sedona and attractions in the area. We did have one issue with the door lock and a sensor making noise. The staff solved the problem with professionalism and quickness not to affect our stay or daily plans. Our stay was great!
Very welcoming home. We so enjoyed the thoughtfulness you put into everything. We had everything we needed and the view is unbeatable. The first night we were there, a family of javelinas (one of the charming things about Sedona is, in fact, the wildlife) tipped over the trash can and spread garbage all over the driveway. We called Sedona.org and they had it cleaned up immediately and secured the garbage can. Great response. We look forward to another stay.
What an amazing week! This house is the best rental by far we have ever stayed at! When you walk up the stairs and see the view it makes your heart stop! The house is laid out perfectly, big master with walk-in closet, beautiful bathroom with a shower and tub to die for. We enjoyed both. The two guest rooms were on lower level with a nice bathroom also. The open layout is perfect for get togethers! We cannot think of any negatives. As far as a review someone left about hearing garbage picky every morning at 5:00am, we never heard one pickup day or night. The construction next door was not an issue either. The location is perfect, especially for airport mesa.It is worth every penny, so stop looking and have an amazing vacation! We will be back without a doubt. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home!
This place is stunning starting with the floor to ceiling panoramic views of Sedona's most iconic red rocks. Very clean, incredibly well stocked kitchen, wrap-around deck, outdoor fire table, barrel chairs right next to windows. Open floor plan makes sure no one is left out of conversations during meal time prep. Two bedrooms on ground floor and up two short flights of stairs to living room, kitchen, master bedroom and bathroom with 2-person jetted tub. Very incredible stained glass window over master tub and stained glass door to deck. So much beautiful artwork throughout the space...very unusual for a rental. Needed propane for fire table and was delivered and installed in less than 30 min. Asked for extra blankets and got them right away. Huge TV in living room but we spent all our home time on the deck marvelling at the view, sunrises, sunsets, and stars. By far the best vacation rental of our 20 rentals in US and Europe. Look no further, you will not find a better one.
Gorgeous Views and Responsive HostsWe really enjoyed our time in Sedona. The home is just as beautiful as the photos online and was impeccably clean. The central location made exploring easy, and the views are absolutely stunning. A major highlight was the wildlife; we saw javelina and mule deer in the yard and loved listening to the coyotes at night. The Experience: * Service: On our first day, we had an issue with the hot water, but the hosts were very responsive and sent a handyman out immediately to fix it. * Pro-Tip: In the kitchen, you do need to run the water for several minutes before it gets hot, so don't be alarmed if it takes a moment! * Noise: The property overlooks a CVS, so be aware that a loud dump truck comes through every morning around 5:00 AM. There is also construction on the house next door, which adds some noise during the day. * Neighborhood: There is some visible tension regarding short-term rentals in the area (signs in yards and passive-aggressive Wi-Fi network names being broadcast), which is just something to be aware of regarding the neighborhood "vibe."
